Hey uh... How do we use this? How do we register? I'm a military member, so I thought the resident registration number could be the DODID. Nope. Then what do I use? I must be missing something... The rating is contingent on the fact I cannot even register for, let alone attempt to use this app.

Doesn't work at all, tried many times and couldn't get verified.. Saying I cannot be verified (????) this apps sucks July 15. The same errors happens again again... This is software issue and you guys cannot figure it out how to fix.. Whatever... I can live without this apps..
