useless for ANTS in France, no code was provided with the photo, which was very bad, chatgpt did better, lost 6€
photos weren't accepted. had to get the done somewhere else because the background photoaid put in was too blue.
16 euro photo too much in the shop 3 euro also with print ....

why does a glorified camera app make me pay $17 for a single photo?
The app makes you think your photos will be ready for pickup at Walgreens, but that’s completely false. I went to the store and they had no idea about any order. You’re NOT paying for a real pickup - just a file, disguised as a service. Waste of money and time. Avoid this app.

PROMISED DOUBLE MONEY BACK IF NOT ACCEPTED! NOPE! I SENT COPY OF RECEIPT FOR NEW PASSPORT PHOTOS BECAUSE I NEEDED IT RIGHT THEN AND THAT WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH! THEY TELL ME NOW I HAVE TO HAVE STATEMENT FROM THE CONSULATE IN ATLANTA STATING IT WASN'T ACCEPTED. AS IF I WANT TO HAVE DUPLICATE PASSPORT PHOTOS MADE FOR FUN!!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!
not free. avoid. you must buy via them. same price as AAA and they have dsl cameras at my branch.
app is fine but passport Canada won't accept this method by policy
no UK passport option
Images are not up to standard for Australian passport use - heavy use of AI in the images. They are unable to refund on this basis but will offer to retake the photos. kind of difficult when you're already at the post office with their images though. customer service response is good but overerall wasn't worth the money.
just wants to sell you stuff. no need to use apps like this. I just followed guidelines on line and used my y normal camera.
terrible, slow refund, you got AI robot to "help". dont waste your time, energy and money.
Nonsense. Waste of time. Endless claims it passed AI only to be rejected by their "humans". Sneakily kept trying to add additional photos (at additional cost, of course, every retake). Then put my account on "hold" and just told me to email a bunch of pics in to them for them to sort out. Ridiculous approach and clearly not a good AI or Human facing application either. Lost the will to live. They had better refund me.
fake do not download they want money for taking your own picture please nann this app it's not free I took it just using my phone no app needed it was accepted for passport you don't need a app you pay for that service it's ridiculous

scam 2 times
cumbersome and drops out looking for wifi, accept button did not work multiple times. I had to shut the app down to get it to work again and hence charged me twice.
can't take a photo offline
it said my photo was verified to meet all the requirements for what I was using it for but after I paid it said it was verified and an expert had to make adjustments.
This is a fully paid application; the only available output option is printing via pre-configured services.
photos got rejected 3 times on passport application
very poor still havent got my photos all i was offered was £3 delivery charge or to reship not very happy they say within 3 days its been about 10 days now
Adding to passport size photo will add the photo and having a show in it is not correct in the image.

But above all, it also got rejected because hair was on my face - isn't that what we are paying for? Peace of mind? And there is no apparent way to track shipping or claim the stated refund for rejections. So the app feels like BS.
