Maak AUB duidelijker dat je can scrollen bij de tijden van de film. Ik heb een abonnement al maanden, en kom er NU pas achter dat als een film meer dan 2 keer draait op een dag per locatie, dat je naar rechts kan swipen. Ik heb de latere vertoningen dus elke keer gemist want je ziet dus niet dat het verder gaat en lijkt dat er maar 2 tijden zijn. Fix dit aub, de app is sowieso zo donker dus dat maakt het nof onduidelijker dat je dan kan swipen. echt jammer

very user unfriendly. I want to see a movie, click on it for a ticket aso. I can never easily book a ticket or see what a movie is about or add vouchers. annoying.
They somehow made the old app worse. Edit: they made it even worse. 0 stars.
Dat ga je toch niet menen Pathé... Advertenties in een App die je naar de bioscoop moet krijgen en dat als Unlimited abonnee. Absurd! 4 sterren als de ads weer verwijderd worden. Edit 15.03.26 App is totaal niet intuïtief meer en zeer onoverzichtelijk. Even snel een film opzoeken en boeken is niet mogelijk. Steeds opnieuw komt er een popup met gebruiksinstructies ook midden in het gebruik van de app, gekmakend.

Waardeloos betaalproces dat uiteindelijk niet eens werkt met iDeal/Wero vanwege de onnodige in-app browser. Terug om een andere betaalmethode te kiezen? Jammer, je moet andere stoelen selecteren. Opnieuw je bioscoopbon gebruiken? Jammer, het geld is al afgeschreven.
Not user friendly, have to log back in every time, doesn't load properly, can't search on movie, etc. it's like they don't even want us to book a ticket 🤣
Bagger. Kom bij inloggen in eindeloze loop terecht, geen enkele mogelijkheid om kaartje te kopen.
Award wining for the slowest most bugged app took me 25 min until I reached the ticket booking. after that the app decided that the session took too long and logged me out of the bookings so I have to do it again. what a joke of and website. 0 for service. 0 for ux you should be critically think what are you doing. 45 min still did not managed ticket.

app crashes all the time when you try to set up your profile or just book a ticket and i tried several things ... And nope it has nothing to do with your phone or tablet i use the flagship of every year so its the app 🫡
unable to find my watchlist, unbelievebly bad interface and information structure. couls have watched movies more often if this would work well
I'm removing another star because, somehow, after all this time the app continues to work less and less by the week. I've completely given up on using the phone app for anything but accessing already purchased tickets because it's completely useless at looking up movie times or buying tickets. I wish I could say the web app is better, but it frequently makes me scream in frustration when trying to do any movie planning or purchasing as well.

ik snap niet hoe je een goed werkend app "update" en zo slecht maakt. ten eerste de constante probleem dat log in nooit werkt of steeds uitlogged nog niet eens 5 minuten later. ten tweede vewoon de lay out van de app zelf. veel succes films te vinden die binnekort uit komen want is zo moeilijk verstopt dat gewoon niet lukt. je zou denken met zoveel slechte reviews dat pathe weer terug verandert of verbetert maar zo te zien niet.

a lot of things don t work.. overview of movies is bad. totally no user friendly design
A failure on every level. The UX is terrible and worse every update. Everything takes too many taps, including checking basic info on movies or showings. UI is unclear with massive amounts of empty space, requiring lots of scrolling and searching. User-hostile design with unmuted autoplay trailers and constant pestering for location info. Finally, has numerous bugs, both technical (issues with booking tickets, loading showings) and others. Stupidest one: "Report a problem" button saves a zip?!

Pathé. De app werkt bijna niet op mijn Android. De app was al slecht. Maar met slechte performance erbij. Is het nu vreselijk geworden. Ik kan niet door klikken naar eigen tickets en tickets die ik voor mensen koop zijn helemaal niet te vinden in de app. Het lijkt erop dat jullie een App gemaakt boor iPhone gekopieerd hebben voor Android device. Everytime I select the my account option inside the app crashes. Did a fresh installation and the app keeps crashing
"Jouw favoriete bioscoop", is kapot.. It keeps telling me that I have no favourite cinemas, when I search for a certain film. When I clearly do. And even when I have "favourite cinemas" chosen, to browse the various films. If I have location turned off on my phone it still tells me there no cinemas and I have to turn on location.... but I just want to check my favourite cinemas no matter my location
Na notificaties uit te schakelen stuurt het nog steeds notificaties. 0 respect voor deze onzin.
Sinds de nieuwe app is het ontiegelijk buggy. Filmoverzichten laden maar sporadisch, favoriete bioscoop verdwijnt van tijd tot tijd, net als de watchlist die regelmatig geleegd wordt. En veel zaken zitten gewoon in een in-app browser wat de hele ervaring ontzettend langzaam maakt.
After the last update I can't use the app. Everytime I click on my account, the app crashes. If I could give it 0 stars I would. After every update the app got worse and now finally it stopped working at all.
the app was decent, now it's worse than bad. The UI is absolutely not intuitive, often the film menu completely breaks. And lately the button for booking movies doesn't even work in the app. Which forces me to use the website instead. Had issues with payments where after paying I received no tickets or seats(which took 15 minutes to solve at the cinema helpdesk). The prices keep going up, while the quality of the entire cinema experience just keeps getting worse.
Ik blijf me echt verbazen over hoe het Pathe elke keer weer lukt om te app te verzieken. De vorige versie werkte eindelijk goed, ik werd niet meer random uitgelogd en alles werkte redelijk vlot. Nu met de "geweldig" nieuwe look is alles onnodig traag en ineens uit het niets nu kan ik niet eens een film boeken. Hoe incompetent is de maker van deze app wel niet? Bizar hoor. Kon ik maar 0 sterren geven.
It had its many issues and lagged for a good while now (before the redesign it was perfect). It's a laggy, unusable mess. Now it also removes all my friends and favourites as soon as I leave the app. Not worth 30€/month.

Why is the new update so goddamn bad. when I select a day the times never show until I refresh it by selecting a different day. Even the app doesn't want to recognize itself, trying to use a voucher gives me an error "No app installed"
Why do I have to sign un to see my tickets? I have reservations that simply disappear. I hate this app!
