I paid for the yearly subscription and app doesn't open it anymore for months. It is loading forever. Really disappointing 😔 Please fix the issue.

if I could give 0 stars I would, I downloaded this as my son seen it on YouTube and thought this would be great. I even bought the subscription for it. and it doesn't even load for him to do anything on it. it will pop up the beginning screen and then turn the app completely black.

while subscribing on the app it said $4.99 but it charged my account $49.99. and canceled the subscription but would not refund my money

Locks itself behind a Pay wall after 30 minutes. The screen goes white and requires an complete Device restart for the app to load in, and then it wont let you get past the subscription screen after login. I tried clearing the Cashe and Data, I have tried it on 3 different devices (Galaxy Tab 7, S24 Ultra, and a Fold 3) all do the same thing. Locks you out after 30 minutes and after a device restart it wont let you play the game until you pay for the subscription. Complete waste of time. 0 stars

My daughter doesn't play this anymore. The subscription does not come up & I already followed the instructions & still nothing. I already got charged $11.99 when it was supposed to be $7.99 but it wouldn't even let me cancel. Disappointed, it shouldn't be this hard to cancel a subscription.

my 4 year old son love paw patrol so I decided to pay the £10 a month subscription to unlock characters etc but I am appalled that the in game ads continue, having an ad button on the main game screen knowing full well its children playing is disgusting, and at £10 per month is a joke. either play for free with ads or pay a subscription and have it ad free. greedy company.

It is presented as a free app. even listed as top 5 for $0. only after fully installed you find out it's a monthly subscription. nasty scam. don't even respond with need to charge to keep it safe. I'm okay if you want to charge just do it openly.
