notifications must be turned on to use the app...and notifications are mostly marketing.
WORST APP EVER. it wouldn't let me pay my card balance while overseas
No English options, and too many confusing nonsense. It takes a very long time to find what you are moving for because there are too many useless features, pictures, advertisements, etc. HANA is not as foreign friendly as they seem.

해외이용자를 위한 인증제도 개편이 시급함
I have downloaded this app and tried to authenticate via my phone number, but every time I receive my authentication number the app closes all the way down. When I reopen it, the process starts over again in an endless loop. Very disappointed with this app

앱이 전체적으로 사용자 친화적이지 않다. 너무 많은 항목과 지저분한 디자인, 인증시 매끄럽지 않은 화면등. 이 앱이 정말 사용자가 쓰길 바라는 건지 의심스럽다.

정말 회원가입하기 힘들게 해놨네요. 1분이면 된다더니 3시간동안 씨름중입니다. 다른 폰에다가 등록하는데 전자서명이 꼭 필요한가요?
Identify verification doesn't work.. I get an error message: "이용중에 오류가 발생하였습니다. 다시 이용해주세요". I'm certain it's because of this app, because it works with other apps.

Your typical Korean bank app bs in order to do any transaction, even tho I already have another Hana bank app installed on my phone. At least the previous one is in English. This one doesn't have any English. I hate Korean banks to the core.
왜 돈을 쓰겠다고 해도 못 쓰게 하는지;; 카드등록 완료했는데 페이서비스에서는 인증카드가 없다고 뜨고 챗봇은 이상한 것만 가르쳐주고ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 적금 때문에 카드까지 새로 발급했는데 온라인 결제 등록하는것도 이렇게 힘든거 보면 그냥 적금 해지하는게 나을것 같네요^^

SIM을 하나만 끼워도 안되네요. 삼성폰 A52, A54에서 시도했고, 다른 유심은 제거하고 했습니다. 사용 포기합니다.
지금이 몇일인데 아직도 11월 운세를 띄우고 있다. 제대로 운영할생각이 없으면 기능을 빼던지!! 왜 관리도 못하면서 이것저것 하는거냐!!

Typical Korean bank app cultule; you have to install 5 apps for your bank account and card. And crowded with menus and sections so much so that it takes 100 steps to get to what you need. Uselessly complicated.
What a rubbish
I tried to withdraw my points, the staff told me to pay the annual fee, but at last after paying the annual fee , they do not send my points, saying that they have error in my account, actually i was using the account with no problem. Very disappointed. They are able to deduct my money but unable to transfer the points in my account
멀쩡하던 앱 통폐합인지 먼지 해서 1원 결제 계속 해라 하고 내 계좌에 찍힌 입금자 이름 볼수는 없고 결제도 못하게 하고 이 ㅍ싄같은 것들 은행 돈 많아봐야 모ㅈ이들이 운영하는데 왜쓰나 왜써 이따위로 할거면 하지마라 하지마
Not foreiner friendly
This bank is racist. They issue check cards based on your nationality haha it's funny. It is not even credit card. The policy is not ethical and fair like their statements! I live here more than 5 years, I pay tax and insurance. I respect laws... but they said my nationality is dangerous and refuse to issue just a check card for me. Funny enough for the world to see.
It is one of the worst banking apps existing in this world. You can't just append your card from hana bank for no reason

휴대폰인증 번호 발송 직전에 앱이자꾸 재시작해서 사용할수가 없네요
앱이 계속 재시작되고 **“앱을 다시 시작해주세요”**라는 안내가 반복해서 나타납니다. 버그가 많은 것 같습니다. 업데이트를 통해 문제를 수정해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
How I am supposed to use this app if I am a tourist. please add english at least as a second language. thanknyou
The app has stopped accepting wifi for payment, even with "안심결제" activated as their instruction. p/s: I have been waiting for their English language option for years...

대체 하나은행하나카드 관련해서는 왜케 어플을 이것저것 깔라고 하는지... 트래블로그 비번 하나 바꾸려고 하는데 진짜 귀찮게... 트래블월렛은 그 어플 하나에서 비번 변경 다 되던데 깔라고 하는 거 정말 너무 귀찮음
카드앱인데 이름이 헷갈리게됨
