it's a nightmare are they still your information and then don't let you delete it ever
this has been the worst experience ever in my life dealing with this company and. every time I call not to be rude because I'm half Filipino they clearly do not understand how to speak because when I call to find out information its always wrong or incorrect until I get a English speaking person. this has been by far the worst

I was sent fake schedules out for 3 weeks that I followed and did the training on the app thinking the employer requested it to not be paid in the end because of it
I have logged in, while pressing the 'remember device' button, aswell as turning on the fingerprint scanner as a password. yet still anytime I try to log in the fingerprint doesnt even save and the password I can never guess completely because everytime I ever try to log in it never saves my profile or finger print. I cannot stand applications or websites that cannot even work something as simple as a "remember password" or a fingerprint scanner.
it does not load time clock
How is it possible that this app's actions are handled completely differently in web vs app when they are identical? Why is the ui so unintuitive? Why do the time cards make new rows if i change a single value? These are all easy things to fix unless you only have one bad programmer.
constant connection issues. at least once or twice a week I cant clock in correctly.

"Location not accepted" while I'm standing directly in the middle of the location I work, it shouldn't take 5 minutes of unmoving attempts to clock in. MONTHS LATER THIS IS STILL NOT FIXED!!!!!!! Still not fixed, over a year later

not user friendly. frequently have to log out to explore a different part of set up.
Just set up an account on my laptop today for a new job I start tomorrow and my login is not working on the app and now it's not logging me in on my laptop. Not sure who Paychex hired to program their login portals, but whoever they hired did a terrible job. I really hope Paychex can get themselves together. It's 2026. Delayed punches, glitches in times, and not properly recording punches is inexcusable in an age where AI is rapidly evolving.
HATE THIS APP !!!!!!!!!! NOW THEY'RE NOT LISTING MY EXPENSES ON THE W2 !!! I hate that my company uses this "service" ! Allow screenshots I'd like to take of MY information !!!!! WHERE'S MY TIMECARD ?!?!?! No support ! How can I double check the accuracy of my pay, if I can't keep a separate log of my time ! PTO functions are ALL messed up. I have no idea how much actual PTO time I have left, it's different every week !
This app is unbelievably bad. As many others have said, to log in you will frequently (but not always) be prompted to enter a code that is texted to you regardless of selecting the "remember this device" option. When you need to clock out you have to search for the clock out option under more options. WHY ISNT IT ON THE MAIN PAGE!?!? Its so needlessly convoluted and clearly not designed in a simple intuitive way.

This app is absolutely atrocious, especially on its security protocols. Because you can spend up to 10 minutes answering all sorts of different security questions on initial setup. And when you go to log back in no matter how you put in the correct answers to your questions, it will still tell you the information is not correct. And direct you to their chat Assistant. to reset your account which you go through and reanser. All the questions again, just to end up in a repetitive loop.
don't use this company to do business with, they will pay your employees late, creating further headaches and issues for your administration. paychex will pass the blame and not help you with your payments. they will hang up on you as well. pos company, avoid them
Horrible apps for customer support. that I couldn't login without phone number were expired and I couldn't even contact live agent because it's AI and I couldn't be able to go through that so it's alot of wasted time to wait patiently worthless of this app.

Horrible not only it does not work , it doesn't make any sense. i am surprised they're even in business. If I had my way I would sue them.

Forced to use this app for my job by my employer. Its buggy, and now theyve implemented Cookies so I HAVE to agree to use the app. That I dont use by choice anyway. I hate it.
Really slow. If you tell it to remember the device it doesn't. Expect to have to wait for it to send you verification codes multiple times a day.
Terrible, hard to speak to anyone in regards to any issue. At this very moment I have been trying to get my issue fixed for over a week. something as simple as having the ability to verify my balance. Error messages that I don't exist after using their services for over 5 months 🙃
Just got a new job that uses this site and csnt even access it because of so many errors. loading screens wont load.. Great first impression.

horrible. doesn't remember who you are. haven't been able to check my account balance in over a week, and the customer service line has been dead. Will be advising my company to switch ASAP.
at first the app worked great , but as of recent I can't access my banking information can access everything else but not banking information.. it's disappointing.. would give no stars if could.
terrible. I had this up since last year when I started working for this company that goes through this app for payroll, hours, and w2's. Its been difficult to access it especially setting a password and trying to reenter the password was even more difficult as if it wasn't allowing me to set it. I'm sorry, but I really this app and it's been hard enough not being able to login and having access to it. Something has to be done about it smh. received a Text from it and it still did nothing for me

literally the worst payroll app I've ever used. my paystubs don't show up and the app will not provide customer support to users, in fact they absolutely refuse to talk to anyone except 1 designated representative from your company. that person at my company has better things to do that deal with calling an app team about glitches with their app when I can better describe the problem I'm having. haven't been able to view paystubs or sign up for healthcare for 2 months now
