Worst customer service experience of all time. My account which had almost 200 dollars in it was flagged by their automatic detection system and permanently banned as a result. I spend 5 days talking to AI chat bots to get an appeal in, only to be told that it was rejected and I couldnt appeal again. The worst part? I WAS NEVER TOLD WHAT I DID WRONG. Use Paypal if you want to talk to useless AI and have your money stolen by corrupt bureaucrats. Despicable.

After updating, the application is always error. I can not log in to application and PayPal is having trouble to do verification.
I can not get a response from anyone with PayPal. They locked my acc. cause money was transfered and I tried to get accountrestared and can't seem to be able to reach anyone. Seem to block the working class of ppl. once I can get someone to get me into my account. I'll rerate it .
Charged my card $5 and didn't even add my card as a payment option

The credit portion of the app isn't working currently. I tried speaking to customer service about it. NOBODY at PayPal was interested in getting the problem fixed. 35 minutes of getting transferred between departments and nothing was accomplished and I had to re-verify myself with each transfer. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!! Hey PayPal, it's 2026! Do better!
Be very aware!! I made a couple of purchases today and literally after payment/info has been reviewed/completed, I get a confirmation with a nonexistent address they're being delivered to! In a nutshell, PayPal came up with an address and shipped my things there! After painstakingly trying to reach a human, I got one through impersonal communications. YOU WILL NOT GET A DIRECT # no matter what the issue is! Despite the fact they control people's money/purchases there's no recourse fortheir oops!

Spams you with ad notifications. What's worse, they send them on the same notification channel as actual account updates, so you either have to disable them all or nothing. Also, why in God's name does a payment app take up a GIGABYTE of storage?! Totally unacceptable.

Careful! PP will freeze your money at they see fit and force you to give up personal data.
Normalerweise ist alles super, aber momentan ist die App unnutzbar. Sie schließt sich sofort wieder nachdem man sie versucht zu öffnen.

I have not used this app but I decided to give 2 stars first.... if I check it out and I see that it's not good I'll going to delete it
