手続きが多すぎていざ使おうと思った時に使えない。1回目の申請で使えるようにすべき

The app crashes with local SIM card when I am overseas. Roaming via Japanese teleco is ok. I could't send money or checked the balance to mske sure that I really receive money. Paypay bank is a fintech, neobank serving via the Internet, so they should improve to be available even if a customer is overseas.

A lot of work needs to be done: For example, take MUFG bank - 1. Transfer is possible not only during weekdays, but weekends and holidays too. 2. Sometimes no charges when transferring funds. 3. OTP is automatic, no need to install different app for authentication. 4. Able to be accessed everywhere even outside of Japan. Hope development team take this matter seriously and improve it quickly.

Problem with name 3 times in a row.... For sure not recoment

Horrible. Their web experience is good, but this app is terrible. Can't login, or use a password manager to fill in the data because the app restarts when it goes to background.

アップのアップデートずっと大きくなって機能変わらなくてメモリだんだん潰して最悪
