App works fine for me, no issues there. But I just had my THIRD debit card get compromised since I installed the app about 5 months ago. Last time I had a card security issue was about 12 years before that. I wouldn't touch this app again with a 10 foot pole, because the pole would be too short.
the app continuously refreshes while you are swiping to pay, making it nearly impossible to use
This is a rip off - machine costs $2.5 to use, but the app only let's you pay in $2 increments.

THE TIME IN THE APP DOESN'T MATCH THE TIME ON THE MACHINES
The app barely works and after an update it is completely unable to connect to any laundry machines in my apartment complex.
horrible didn't work
Only processes money $25 (or more) at a time. Doesn't refund your balance when you move out. Keeps your money forever.
The payment method doesn't function properly. I've tried adding funds with 3 different cards and when I press submit nothing happens. The page doesn't change. They offer no contact what so ever for help in trouble shooting. The chat bot keeps asking me to repeat myself even at it's most simplest statement.
machines don't work
forces you to pay this app and charges you convenience fees to do laundry. unethical business. 4$ for a wash and 4$ for a dry but only able to load 5$ increments or else you have to pay more money.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS APP WITH A PASSION!!! WORST IDEA EVER!!! Can't get your dam money back, half the time it won't work or even let you work a machine because it says it's BUSY, when it's not being used... WORST APP. AVOID AT ALL COST IF POSSIBLE
I shouldn't need to have location and Bluetooth enabled just to see my balance or do other things.

Don't like the fact that we have to pay through the app. Or pay at all.
just wow!! firstly.. There's 4 washers here, all cost the same, $4.00, except your app wants to charge $4.50 for one of them. Secondly The dryers kept saying out of range, except it didn't have any problem starting the 2 top dryers, with someone else's clothes in it, when I tried to switch it over to my bottom dryer, didn't work. all while saying "out of range"
