Doesn't works a lot of times correctly. I get charged more than what it says on the washer. unacceptable. Never got a answer for the over charging issue. I want the old coin washers and dryers back !!
The app is so dysfunctional. I have to right outside the door of the laundry room for it to scan, mind you I'm just a few doors down. it told my machine was available when my load was not done. I have to swipe the pay for the dryer 2x before the machine allowed me to select.

Literally the worst laundry experience of my life with this God forsaken app. Eats funds without starting the machines, glitches out constantly. Why do we need an app for EVERYTHING? Just let me do my freaking laundry.
Half the time I choose a machine pay and then it wont start. The timer starts but the machine doesnt connect. What a waste of money.

This app that I thought would help me use the machines has literally stolen money out of my Venmo account twice. I found it almost impossible way to reach them and I was unable to fix the incorrect charges.

we steal poor hardworking folks money. if you have a + balance in your acct , you can'tget that money back if you lose access to PayPal!
Feels extremely cheap and scammy. You cant pay for just a wash, you have to buy the whole cycle. but you can pay for just a dry. there's a timer (20 minutes?) before it resets and you just lose your money and have to buy the separate dry cycle. my guess is that this is why they have the separate dry listed but no separate wash listed. beware
This app logs me out consistently and charges a transaction fee for any transfer under $10. I would never use this if I didn't have to.
you have to have a certain amount of money in your account before using it. you will never get back any money that is already in there.
