I will be switching to a better delivery service because the app is unusable

why don't I get a list of things that are unavailable? I just get my order and have to guess which things I didn't get that I needed? no email or communication about it. half my order was missing yet I still have to tip the driver the full amount, still had to go to the store to get the missing items, after guessing which ones didn't show up that I think I ordered. Use Walmart grocery app.
The app has crapped itself. Might as well drive to the store and back while I'm waiting for things to load or get passed errors.
$79 total but they took $171. $13 item charged $20. No subs for stuff they obviously have subs for, and subs you don't want for more money. First and last time for me. Hate to say it, but walmart is a way better, and cheaper experience by far.
Had really bad experiences with this app. When you switch stores, the grocery list still remains the same as the previous store. I cannot get the correct item list and the price. Find some better ITs plz instead of using the outsourced south asian ITs, who cannot even get a basic function correct......

I used to love this app and the service itself, but it's become really frustrating. The app is super glitchy, and I've been unable to cancel duplicate orders in the app (also called several times ahead of time to cancel) and got charged for it anyway (still trying to get my refund). I've been charged full price for cuts of meat that were supposed to be $30 off, I've had items not show up, and they keep putting my raw meat and produce next to each other which is so unsanitary. Very unimpressed!

04/23/26 Now it won't go past the screen after you pick the delivery address? Again, another app update that can't remember sign-in info. What that means is my order just goes to Walmart because I'm not interested to go through the motions to redo everything. Time is valuable developers.
honestly an awful app. want to place an order?? too bad you're going to sit there for 30 minutes while the app just keeps circling through the confirm your address screen. confirmed it? cool do it again for another 30 minutes and we still won't place your order

Never on time in Alberta .... Superstore is not capable of fulfilling these orders on time. They are not staffed for this concept nor is management able to manage with the required skills set. It would best to refund the user-fee to all members and abandon before they lose even more market share.
what's the point of "add gift card" option if you cant even use it?
almost every order i make goes into my past orders bucket before i even go and pick it up, so i have to call the store every time. and their voicemail is always full. causing me to have to call 5 times at least.
UPDATE: APP FORGOT MY PREVIOUS STORE TWICE NOW AND ORDERED FROM WRONG LOCATION!! 🤬 Have loved this app for years, and am glad the checkout swipe issue was resolved, BUT I have to lower the review because of the terrible search bar on Android. Guys, people have complained for months; it's easily reproducible. I've written search boxes and I get it they can be complex with suggested results and async with denounce etc etc. But just fix it!! Or hire me and I'll do it for free :)
There has been an issue with redeeming pc points through PC express app for the last 2 months. When you call the store they say they cannot redeem them anymore, if you add a comment in your order same thing. Not worth switching supermarkets for....
cannot choose option to bring own bags at checkout. popup says selection is not made, but it most certainly is. this has been broken for more than a year at least.
Please get someone to redesign the app and make sure it works. The app is glitchy and frustrating.

i just installed app it is crashing soo much what should i say nothing work when i click the pickup location it says something went wrong. and i click whatever any iteam to open its page it keeps loding its not my network problem i think you guys should change the software developer team hire someone with expertise not random nobodies who can't even handle such simple task and deployed this whole app without quality assurance. where is qa team. edit: its working now. crashes some time.

Horrible! The app crashes all the time. Doesn't show proper pricing, changes once you've put item in your basket. Doesn't show substitutions right, can't accept it. Customer service is horrible. Can't select which location to shop from. Doesn't have live shopping, which makes it less accessible for disabled customers. They don't take on complaints. They just take it down as feedback. The complaints policy. Overall bad app and bad service. Highest delivery rates from all other stores and apps

The app is not bad until you need to checkout and than I cannot actually ever finish because when you select a time slot there is no confirmation and pressing back arrow in app does not register the time slot. Infuriating that I need to go to my computer to finish checkout each time. update, 2025/04, now the app has issues when selecting adress on checkout, it goes to edit address instead of continuing with checkout. Sad i need to checkout on a pc.
I love the concept but the app is so terrible it's become unusable for the most part

Used to work perfectly fine got groceries delivered to my door for well over a year then all of a sudden app updates and my address is still an option but when hit it it loads then disappears asking to search for the address please fix..
This app is just useless. The thing makes you go in circles, then just slams errors in your face. Frustrating, Useless, and a complete waste of time. Judging by all these other reviews, the creator just doesn't care and most likely will never address them to make it more user-friendly. if I could give it 0 stars, I would. so annoying 😑

Why are some of the items in the flyer not at the sale price in the app?? Also why does the typing not work properly in the search bar?? Also why are the timeslots for delivery or pickup so limited?? Instacart is waaaaay quicker.
Quite possibly the most buggy app I've ever seen. Staff do not use it correctly, orders are regularly late and wrong, costomer service is entirely unavailable. Useless.

It has been weeks that you can't use PC Points online. For the amount Loblaws makes, you could hire IT to fix it in a few hours. Time to look for a new store

The app states that you can't use your points on this order temporary. it's been over a month it's temporarily not working. that doesn't seem like a temporary issue.
I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every single week because otherwise it won't update the deals. This only started happening a few months ago, but it's clear they have no interest in fixing the bug.
