I'm trying to submit a dispute form but cannot complete it. I have wasted HOURS on different days trying to get this done. And when I call for help I'm on hold FOREVER and sometimes the system will end the call like it did today. This is not helpful at all. Instead it is nothing but frustrating to me. It makes me want to use very bad language and yell at someone but I refuse to do that. I am so annoyed and upset.

Your app sucks. I have a spending account that shows the availability balance is more than my total balance! How is that possible?????? You said this last update was a bug fix!!! Didn't fix anything!!!! A few updates since November 2025 BUT still the same problem. Need to fire the tech team! As of April 16, still the worst financial app. Now my deposits to the Money account don't even show up. Made a deposit of $100 on April 10 and not recorded in the app.

From 5 stars to 1. Your app is unusable on a Galaxy s24. Quit pushing AI slop and hire developers who actually know what they're doing. Im forced to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use my bank. Been a great run, but wealthsimple/koho are better in every way. Its not me.. its you.

From reviews here, everyone is having this issue. How are we supposed to see our statements and monitor activity on our cards?

Love PC Money! hate this app. went from 5 stars to 1. fix your app. don't waste your storage on this app. Just go to their website instead.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK. The bank is a scam they will take money from you. Only deal with Canadian banks not credit card companies, also they are CONSISTENTLY UNDER MAINTENANCE so you have no access to money in your bank.
