the app takes forever to log in if you can log in. and good luck trying to get your account approved. takes them days to get back to you. so far I've been waiting a week and you can't do anything with your account or even activate your card. craziness
App won't open at all since version 4.57 (including 4.60), no choice but to give lowest rating until fixed. It used to run fairly well, search feature had a bug where the transaction types had icons but descriptions disappeared. Normally would give it up to 4/5 since main daily functions worked quickly.
had a hold on just a 200 dollar charge for 9 business days when they advertise 5 business days smh 🤦

Simplii does not work. A colossal fail. Customer support, although pleasant, could never provide workable solutions. No wonder, EQ Bank picked it up, on the cheap. Let's see, if they can clean this mess up. 23Jun'26, still a FAIL!
• App is broken and constantly shows a sad face after being open for a while. • sms/phone based 2factor ARE INSECURE. TOTP tokens should be used instead. Since they're not, it's obvious this wasn't implemented for user benefit. • Forced updates ruin user experience.
I depended on PC for my banking and credit card needs until they intentionally closed my credit card account without warrning or notice after receiving my full payment. I spoke to their service representatives, who was a guy who couldn't speak English properly and only hid behind some vague policy he didn't understand himself. After this experience, PC is not a trustworthy service provider and is not supportive or considerate to its customers. You reap what you sow PC. No loyalty to scumbags.

I am unable to login after a factory reset of my device. My credentials were working before & have been using this app for years without problem but now its giving me "Invalid info" & password reset also failed.

Doesn't work abroad unless you use VPN. What a great security feature, because scammers and hackers can't use VPN!!
no way to download transaction details (if there is, it is not convenient nor obvious).
I have a emergency no warning nothing and you guys doing work on the accounts can't use my card I cant sign in I trying paying with my card I was declined 🤦♀️ no msg no warning for my own money over 13 hours WTH

I use to give this app 5 stars and bank 5 stars and 10 outta 10 not anymore the app always malfunctions I depend on online banking because it doesnt have a branch I can go to . whenever I need it lately I have to delete cashe uninstall reboot cell and hope like crazy it works.. and for the last three Saturdays it went completely down and I could get my money or pay my bills.. I am so disappointed gonna be going back to the big old banks that treat people like a number just to do simple banking

this is an awful app really needs a lot of work done compared to other credit cards I have and their apps this one is awful
stuck with money how stupid is pc saving account system i recommend don't stuck in this 21 centuery you have to 10 days to get money transfer neither pc doesn't maintain record that you made a transaction wow feel like we are leaving in ancient tribe nor easy to reach customer support keep being fooloish with virtual assistant on same answer.
I cannot access the app while outside of Canada, which makes it useless.

worst credit card experience ever. I have had nothing but issues, constant charges I didn't make and if you try and call for help you will be on hold for 2 hours. no support on the weekends so happy I canceled my card.

customer service is terrible ad is the vitural help it does not help slove any issues just keeps prompting you to ñog in to your account though its already logged it and doesnt answer the question asked.

Right now it's not even working at all, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I can't even get to the log in. It constantly gives me issues with logging in. It either gives me an error message, or it just doesn't load the log in page. I feel like some options aren't placed in the app logically. When it works, it does what I need it to do simply enough, but definitely a finicky app.

2 months of "The system is currently unavailable Please try again in 10 to 15 minutes" error. Now after another poor update, when trying to login just get the shield. PC's development team is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. How can a financial institution be taken seriously when they do nothing to make sure their app is properly updated and working.

I cannot open a saving account, keep saying they cannot verify my address... I give zero stars for companies that do a product that does not works
Cannot sign into app. Says try again in 15 minutes for several days! Update: Multiple weeks gone by now and still no fix. This is completely unacceptable. App finally started working after a month and then a few weeks later it's not working again. Tried reinstall and nothing. It gets stuck after login menu with the lock logo. Why is it so difficult for PC to maintain this app properly?
Not very easy to navigate
I am furious that EQ bank has taken over PC. I do not like EQ Bank. we had horrible experiences with them. they are unprofessional.

I cannot login. App keeps saying that my session is timed out every time I enter my password.
Very poor customer service. Wrongly charged a fee and was promised a credit but numerous calls and waitings did nothing. Also claimed stopped mailing bill and claims Canada Post delay when none exist.
Stop asking me to allow notifications. Stop shoving offers in my face. Edit: Still waiting on a replacement card... yikes...
