I have a very bad experience with customer service. Since January they can't figure out why I am not earning pc points at the Mobil gas station. More then seven cases were opened and no answer at all. It looks so like customer service is unprofessional and they don't know what to do and how to fix problems. Every time I call them I have to wait about an hour to get someone on the phone.

Outdated app. No biometric sign in!
Impossible de rouvrir mon compte, déinstalle, réinstalle, lien pour réinitialiser le mot de passe, tente de me connecter avec les mêmes infos que j'ai toujours utilisé, rien ne fonctionne.....résultats j'ai perdu plus de 20 000 points à cause de ça! Ça fait des semaines que j'essaie, par ordinateur, par application le même problème partout. Restez avec la carte plastifié sinon voilà ce qui arrive!!! Je crois que c'est voulu de créer ce type de problème à vos clients.
After all that junk, you just told me. It still doesn't replace my missing points. So all that information you gave me is just a waste of my time. I will not be using this card ever again. I paid for those points. I should get those points. But I just got ripped off. So whatever?
Locked out of my account. I have tried many suggestions given and nothing is working. The 2 verification is preventing me from accessing it as no email comes thru but I get flyer & email updates. The company has not been helpful or able to turn off 2 verification process on their end for me. Now my password has to be reset with failed attempts and that code won't come thru my email either. So frustrated.

Cannot log in my account....so frustrating. I tried to reinstall the app and even request for password reset but it doesn't send the link to my email. I have been a PC member for more than 10 years and this is the first time it happened to me.

Most recent: 5.14.1 has nothing but blank pages! Old: Having to log in every day. Old review: 1) Is IT Dept. not capable enough to make an update without having to log in again? 2) Maybe warn update is coming. Can be posted as an "offer" and throw us some points for doing. Last update. Lost lots of points because losing log in. Also couldn't save the offers I wanted to last night as everything was gone before 9pm EST. Lost future points. Unfortunate because the PC+ program itself, is great.
Every week I click on the link in my email to load new offers. I will then receive a follow up email stating my offers haven't been loaded. I do it again and the offers never load. I now only get digital coupon points but no points ever on anything else. I have uninstalled the app many times with no change. I'm past annoyed at this point.
unable to log-in to my original account and was forced to create a new one, losing out on about $30 worth in points. cannot login, therefore cannot speak to anyone and they're not able to help in store.
Current Points Balance shows lock 🔐 although the card associated with is unlocked with Redeem. Impossible getting help with this issue 😒
worst app ever! can't even access my local maxi grocery store on my card same with the maxi flyer. tried to have customer service solve this problem to no avail.
this program is a scam you don't get points for your offers and cannot reach a live person the virtual assistant says can't understand and keeps taking you back to how can I help. HORRIBLE SERVICE SCAM SCAM SCAM
PC Optimum is very discriminatory with it's offers. I've been a member for many years. It never used to be like this. Members were treated equally. Now, only certain members are receiving exclusive offers ie. $0.99 for dozen eggs at Shoppers. I am consistently excluded from these special offers. This is highly discriminatory! I've even had the PC credit card for years! I am extremely disappointed with PC Optimum.
can't spend the points anymore.
Doesn't work, been logged out for months. Every time I try to login, I get the infinite thinking wheel. Thought it was just from being in stores (where cell service is less than ideal), but, nope, same thing outside.
Expérience utilisateur médiocre. Mot de passe désactivé sans autorisation ni notification juste après un reset. Depuis, impossible de faire un reset de mon mot de passe car le courriel n'est jamais envoyé. Et en plus impossible de créer un nouveau compte pour avoir accès aux rabais exclusif à l'application de la circulaire. Il y a une "erreur de connexion avec les serveurs." Des bogs informatiques ça arrive et c'est normal. mais que cela dure depuis 4 mois est inadmissible!!
kicked me out of the app in the middle of using the app to make a list, and logs me out for no reason. edit: april 24: app kicked me out again for loading deals to my list.

This app sucks! Every employee at the places that accept PC points has told me they hear constant complaints about being logged out or locked out. I had 7000+ points and was suddenly locked out. Bloody 2-factor ID, which I never agreed to, won't send me a text verification and doesn't offer the email option touted online. I'm done using this program. Called customer service several times after multiple frustrating sign in attempts. Over an hour wait time, every time I've called.
No home screen widget in 2023 shows a total lack of effort and innovation on your behalf. Lazy. Also, no app should be signing me out on its own. Please tell me, why am I being signed out automatically? You think I remember every password I have now? edit- 3 years later and the app still signs me out, despite me checking the box that says keep me signed in. App has gotten worse. its crazy how you guys are going backwards.
The app will not allow me to link my card because it only shows my old card number that was a key chain I lost long ago, I was told from the Pharmacy that they no longer give points on perscriptions, I am also having trouble editing my new phone number and address. PC has to do better then this or I will only deal with Scene Points

Unable to open Google messages about Shoppers Drug Mart limited times sales. It states "an error at receiving end." but I checked all my settings and everything seems fine.
my superstore flyer never appears in my app anymore. I contacted them and what they told me to do does not work. no one I know can figure this out
I WILL NOT LOAD ANOTHER APP to my phone. I don't like being pushed to have to do everything on my phone. I was doing just fine getting my updated points on my computer in my email. And it appears today I cannot update my points via the email and website.

Doordash isn't in our small city
I used to get Shoppers Drug Mart food deals listed on the app. Now food deals are only from Zehrs and No Frills. Now I have to waste time going through Shoppers Drug Mart monstrous flyer if I want the food specials. Disappointing. Also the app lists two of my favorite stores I visit. Those two I hardly visit, I go to the larger stores 98% of the time. Also it doesn't even list Zehrs, which I visit almost weekly.
Increasing problems with the app and it continues to get worse. Not getting all points and rebates despite the fact that I select them. Not getting any help from online assistance either. I have the updated 2026 version, and it's telling me to update my app. Just bought traditional medicine tea today and didn't get the $1 rebate I selected on my app.
this app would be better if we could stop seeing specific stores. Every Shoppers I've been to smells horrible (I can taste the perfume). I'm not going to shop there and it would be convenient to only see the stores I shop at.
