Horrible app but not surprised at all, they have a game that you play soccer in to gain entries, the issue is it takes 5 seconds to reload after shooting on the goalie but only given 25 seconds or so to play lol. typical Loblaws garbage
trying to contact inquiry because the virtual assistant is not helpful. short is I missed my 30% Senior Discount because there was no one helping at self checkout. very poor service there
Took THREE tries & a PHONE RESTART just to get the login screen!
The app has become way too complicated. It takes way too many steps to load your various offers from the different store banners. Adding an item to one store list doesn't add it to the other stores' lists. Sometimes one of my store lists just disappears. They seem to intentionally make it difficult to comparison shop between stores both under the same banner and under a different banner.

they are so desperate for people to use the app that they've added games to it... they want as much data as possible from their users so they can sell it to 3rd parties, as well as use it in-house to figure out how they can milk every dollar from customers. they are a disgrace of a company.

UPDATING takes FOREVRR !!! BAD !!!!!
I used the wrong email to sign in and instead of telling me no account exists it created ANOTHER profile that I had to put in a request to have deleted. Now I have to wait for the account to be manually deleted by support so I can change my email on the right account. Their support chat bot is also useless, went through the same prompts over and over to try to speak with support. It kept bumping me back to the start instead of connecting me to an agent.

You need to have more frequent updates because loading flyers is a nightmare (nothing loads, and only the "personalized deals" and is not always on sale). And rather than allowing users to set their own primary shopping location, the app just decides where you shop the most (and searching for items at a specific store is unusable on the shopping list, just uses the "most frequented store" the app decides)
We want lower prices, not games in your stupid app
locked me out. when I try to reset my password, it does not send the link to my email so I cannot unlock. this is ridiculous, I hate it.
downloaded app. created account and couldnt link my point card. it created a new card instead that I cannot delete now.
Very unfriendly app to use. app refuses to accept my PC card number. Without it, I can't view any of the deals. The help options provided on the app are useless. The setup process on this app is cumbersome & incomplete. Trying to locate information on the app is very difficult & convoluted. It took me 5 minutes just to scroll my birthdate. Who has a birthday in 2026 for PC? Why can't it just let you type your birthday in rather than scrolling. 3 months & no reply at all from support.
PC Optimum is one of the MOST confusing and difficult apps to use. Nothing is clear. Nothing is easy. I hate it!
Doesn't work properly. Games don't work.
Why is a whole third of the screen covered by an obnoxious "toggle this for you" thing when I'm just trying to look at the flyer at my pace? No way to opt out either, extremely annoying
Not sure if there's any point to keeping this app as I rarely get offers for stuff I actually buy. I haven't accrued any points in months because all the offers for points are for foods & stuff I don't buy. Also, there's never a flyer available for the Superstore I regularly shop at anymore. I have to go search for it on the web.
crashed nany times. Over the past few months it tells me no flyers are available when I click on flyers.

those ad splash screens are so obnoxious and last way too long. i dont even use the app anymore because of them

the newly designed app is terrible. it has way too much clutter and ads. there is no way to tailor it to what you want to see, so you have to navigate through the clutter to find what you are looking for. what a waste of time
I used to earn a lot of points with this App, but the more they update, the less useful it becomes. Cannot even add flyers of Loblaws!
PC optimum has great points and absolutely garbage apps. They need someone with actual training to build their apps, because these look like a middle school project.
I ALWAYS SEEM TO GET COSMETICS OFFER WHICH I DONT WANT. I WANT THE FLIER OFFERS NOT COSMETICS. SO DISAPPOINTING ALSO FRAUD BECAUSE YOU WOULD GIVE ME ADVERTISED OFFICE!!!

this application deserves a complete zero. it's impossible to maneuver around and it's confusing. I absolutely hate the application.
Offer does not appear in app. There was a 20x points offer in store but the offer didn't appear in the app even the cashier couldn't find it. Made an inquiry about it afterwards for missing points but they just told me sorry can't do anything, next time try reinstalling the app. Probably doesn't even appear on purpose.
basically I can't stand shoppers drug Mart or anything to do with it so yeah I can't give it any more than one they discriminate their rude and since they grew and they think they're all that I'm sure they'll be closed soon enough because they can't keep running the way they do the way they treat people

Haven't been able to access any flyers for 4 weeks. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still the same problem. The flyer is only available for stores on my lap top or pc.
can't transfer my points from the physical old card account to the new card number in the app. won't let me add my old card number after contacting CST Serv, said my account I'm adding doesn't exist, yet on my receipt from the store I used the card and it gave me points and showed me a total. CST Serv was no help, was basically told I can't use the points the card they are collecting on is no good.
The fact you cannot remove a previously used card is ridiculous. There is no way to change the digital card to match the current card you have. Since this all merged with Shoppers it's been downhill on the app. It will not load half the time. In the middle of a shop or looking at a flyer, "an error occurred " will flash and just kick you out. Not impressed with the inability to change/remove cards yourself, or at all for that matter, only add....?? makes zero sense. Only adds to the confusion.
is it just me or is anyone else having a problem with login, not getting the verification code, been trying for 2 days now. PC MasterCard login works fine, but just this app. Still unable to login, doesn't send the code to my email, waited for 3+ months now! I need help now
Scanning cards, points are not always added and doing a points inquiry fails many times with an error.
garbage. so irritated, I want to cut up the card. 27 mins on hold to get a human whole time being being blasted with repeated advice and advertising. and a ai that cud not understand the ? so just suggested 8 new unrelated questions. torturous experience
too difficult for seniors.
