Read Identical issues on trust pilot. They sell a service KNOWING they will lose you're data but keep your $$$. Spent thousands to get 13tb with rewind. PCloud lost TBs of data. Ignored me as they have no solution but STILL SELL PRODUCT. 5 months since fault reported, 3 promised escalations,Current status “PENDING”. Thousands of photos videos lost,“Cust. Svce” Pauline, George and Supervisor. Airmailed letters to Philipe Meyer, Jonas Vischer, Petseva. DATA FRAUD RIGHT UP TO BOARD LEVEL.

doesn't download to phone
Not sure about this apps 10 free gb data. You get the data by jumping through hoops like to get 4gb of the storage you have to refer people. All I wanted to do was download the app, try it out and see if it's what I wanted to purchase.
bandwidth is slow, photos and videos are not loading quickly even in 100 mbs internet connection

very slow, finished my data and didn't save up to 300 files.... I regret listening to Gpt to download this annoying app
I loved this app for all my storage needs, and have used it for a few several years now. Unfortunately I have noticed some videos and things missing, odd. Well, another issue is I can't sign in the application, just while using my browser. I end up going around and around in circles and it's beginning to make me mad. For some reason all of my linked accounts that were set to automatically upload have now been erased and y'all are asking me to verify my email address, which I have done in!
2TB at Rs. 10,700/year is too expensive. I get the same at Rs. 6,500/year with Google Drive. You may wanna reduce this a bit. Also, consider adding a lifetime 2TB option. I might decide to invest in this instead of a physical harddisk someday.

You cannot and will not be able to copy and paste photos or files from pcloud to a flash drive. (AYFKM?)The only way is one at a time to your device then to the flash drive.They have no clue how to work their own app and they will blame you for why they don't allow file/pic/video transfers. Some of the rudest most unprofessional "customer service." They also steal peoples files and pics and then claim they can't give them back to you. As soon as I get everything transferred I'm done with pcloud
I cannot find the offline folder?
WHY IS MY ACCOUNT BEING CANCELLED? I DID NOT CANCEL IT! I'M TOLD IT'S TO BE CANCELLED MARCH11/2026; WHY? AND I DON'T PAY THROUGH GOOGLE PAY IT COMES DIRECTLY FROM MY BANK.....WHAT IS GOING ON??
I have upgraded my cloud storage 3 hours and the new storage is not showing.
No background play feature. If you use it for media like I do I would recommend going with another company as you can't play thing in the background mobile.
I don't understand why it's so tricky to download a folder off pcloud into my local downloads folder. The android app just doesn't operate as well as Windows pcloud drive does.
can't login. after typing the password in the webview it goes back to app and nothing happens. tried clearing cache and reinstalling // galaxy s10+
I upgraded my account from 500gb to 2T. My account is still showing 500gb. You would think that would be an easy fix, nope. After 7 hours and 9 support messages my account still hasn't updated to 2T. Ridiculous.
Some files in an offline folder are still NOT downloaded. I have to review all offline folders manually to be sure that all files are available offline.
I was happy before but they made it much worse. The desktop version of the app has now a terrible login system that just keeps me logged out at all time. I tried contacting the support, but didn't hear back from them. I can only use the mobile version and browsers, which is very limiting

Please add widgets for memories/photos. now only music widgets is available. Also in photos please add face search and ocr support. moreover in app invite folder , can't change old permission. have to used website.
I just paid for more storage.And these hackers are acting like I didn't pay for anything , they are not allowing it to refresh
