They force you to install this useless app to check in, instead of just letting you check in online

I had a terrible experience with this app. It doesn’t even allow users to check in, which is a major inconvenience. I would not recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a seamless travel experience. The app’s inability to perform basic functions such as check-in is a major drawback. I gave the app a rating of 1/5
The User & Password can login to website, but on mobille app.
Cannot checkin from app I booked my flight via travel agent. I tried to checkin from apps, but I need to add my confirmed booking to my account at first. When I tried to add the booking to my account, it said cannot add booking via travel agent. Really? I just wanna check in online via apps, why it is forbidden? Purchase via travel agent or direct prove that I use peach service, right?
Bravo, It's my first time booking Peach Airlines, and I failed booking 4 times in a row whether through the official website or directly on this app. With every single failure, the available seats descreased and the price went up. I felt like I was induced to scramble for the dwindling tickets with even higher prices instead of the initially revealed cheaper price intended for catching my eye. Honestly, that's neither professional nor decent at all. Bye bye, Peach Airlines!
チェックインできたかと思いきや、チェックインするためのバーコードが出てきただけ。スタッフさんに確認してこれで行けると言われたのに、保安検査場並びに並んだラストでこれじゃダメだと言われてチェックインしなおし。 ま、アプリが使いにくいんじゃない？と思った。
NOT A REAL APP. Can't login; app just takes you to the Peach webpage to login everytime.
I have been trying to access it through different accounts and devices and I couldn't get pass through anything. It just says error the entire time, and when I did manage to get pass the error message, the price shows differently than what it was supposed to (the add ons, not taxes) and I couldn't remove it at all. I am done with this
Can't open this page, most I saw message to find flight. Stupid developer your IT team is sucks.
Worst booking experience; prices are incorrect and turn out to be 2x higher than advertised + booking process extremely cumbersome + reservation gets dropped mid-way and you have to restart from scratch + ridiculously high "payment fee" added at the end
I can't manage my booking through here. Sending an itinerary to my email is impossible too. Customer service will not reach out.

App is not user friendly. Can be improved in many aspects. Wish I was directing a team of developers etc to offer better product. I am traveling today, not even one message or reminder for my coming flight. Quite strange, it's something that can be generated automatically by the system.
