subtitles never work, I'm fed up with these subtitles a 94 yea4r old hard of hering women should not have to miss out on the viewing of her favorite show DAYS OF OUR LIVES because of the miss subtitles. Today I'm advocating not only for her but many others like her. We are asking for the full package subtitles included. please be mindful we pay without reminder. thank you in advanced for alwawys working proper subtitles included

Well, I had it for a while now. It just gets worse and worse. Ads will make the ap fail. It's almost like it's on purpose to make you spend more. Weird. Canceled my subscription. Can't watch movies.

Peacock has refused to acknowledge or fix the issue of Dolby vision and Dolby atmos not working on the Google TV streamer. i have out in tickets but been ignored. if your response is to email you, in canceling. fix the issue.
For the last week, Peacock has been trying to charge me before the date of when I’m supposed to be charged for my monthly service. The fact that Peacock billing agreement is lying for when said payment will be taken from my account buy a whole week that’s pretty shocking. And if I’m not mistaken, I’m also getting charged twice a month for the last six months. They’ve taken a years worth of subscription money in six months.
I pay the highest amount and all the fifa game are in spanish talk about discrimination a nice lawsuit might happen if I can't found it in english .. I won't my money back .

Worst streaming app. So hard to cast it. Once casted, cant change subtitles. So difficult to go to next episode. Please hire a good UX engineer.

Another update and still not edge to edge. The app was updated to Android 16, which the app should be edge to edge. This app is clearly not. The navigation bar should be transparent but it's black. The Android app should match the IOS app which is correct. Edge to Edge is mandatory with Android 16. Please fix the app.

most of the time it tells me "the service is unavailable in your location" it works fine in my Xbox app but in the android app most of the time it just doesn't work
The app pauses and buffers quite often. It doesn't happen only on live stream (e.g. Fifa World Cup), but also when watching movies. I use a Chromecast with an Ethernet cable to the router, with 300 Mbps upload/download (fiber), so network issues are likely out of the question.
you keep charging me but I don't use your service. it's been about 3 months, and I even replaced my debit card, but, and I have no idea how, you still managed to charge me on a locked card and somehow it still went through now that sounds a little criminal to me. because I did not give you my routing and account numbers. the very second I hit lock my card, that should have ended your access to my money.
Peacock my experience don't waste your money they whont you to pay to watch everything shows 1980's movies are terrible how about what people actually whont to watch Peacock wouldn't recommend save your money better apps free for the same thing Peacock charging people for definitely not worth your time and monthly subscription fees Peacock you pay there free movies and series are few and far between 👎🚽. not recommended ,to high of price. not recommended viewing safe your money 💰
What am I even paying for? Not only do I have to watch ads, but the price went up and the majority of movies are locked unless I upgrade. About ready to cancel since I already have The Office on DVD and that's mainly what I watch. Just pure greed.

Yeah it's a great app when they charge you correctly. I literally got charged my bill 3 days early. Kinda seems like peacock is pishing. So no more support from me.

garbage this thing is constantly freezing you have to uninstall and reinstall and sometimes dad doesn't even work even clearing the cache or resetting the app doesn't work
it doesn't cast well
subtitles suck. barely work on half the shows. my phone settings cant override it. I cant enjoy my shows without subtitles. would give a half star if possible. lack of subtitles is a major lack of accessibilities.
insane it doesn't save progress. if you get a call, it puts you back to the beginning of the episode and forces 90 more ads. can't wait for this show to end so I never have to use peacock app again.
Version 7.6.22 *STILL* doesn't support 60FPS playback like it does on other platforms. Maybe Peacock will catch up in 2027!

Insane number of ads. Remember this a paid subscription. you'll get 90 seconds of ads before the last 15 seconds of an episode and then another 90 seconds before the start of the next episode.
Ads, on a PAID AD FREE SERVICE?!? Cancelling isn't enough. This needs to be a class action suit.

what is the purpose of showing the same stupid, pointless ads for two weeks in a row? just because of that I'm cancelling my subscription..
You will be watching LONG ads if you dont buy the most expensive plan, so if you buy regular $7 or premium $11 you will be watching ads you cannot skip. and if you would like to upgrade because they are obnoxious, then you have to pay the full price. so you can end up paying around $30 if your not careful.
always take forever to load and showing text something went wrong contact the costumer service, and not even subscribe wasted mi time and no Wana wasted money.
