Brand new TV and I can’t even watch my shows because it buffers nonstop for absolutely no reason. Switched over to Amazon instantly and suddenly everything works perfectly. So clearly it’s not my internet. Fix your app.
if you love commercials you will love peacock! if it wasnt for them having the office I wouldn't watch.

Trying to get the correct live local channel to play is a joke. Constantly needing to email customer service to have them fix it gets old. Takes weeks to get it fixed. Then it quits working and starts playing a channel from the other side of my state. Then the whole thing starts over. Update: went from 2 stars to one. I continue to have problems with the app playing the wrong local channel. Peacock customer service has decided to stop attempting to correct the problem, leaving me hanging.
keeps buffering
I want to cancel my plan but it tells me that its billed by google when i go to my subscriptions it doesn't appear on the play store so im stuck paying a subscription that i dont use anymore because it no longer have WWE.
peacock used to be great but now there's so many ads even in the middle of the movies and forced ad breaks mid episode. They used to show 5-6 mins of ads in the beginning of movies and they definitely didn't force pill ads down your throat while you enjoy your show. 0.5/ 10 why are we paying for excessive commercials
Your app is always super slow. Lags all the time. Peoples mouths moving to what is not being played. Always have my stuff at the top. You charge way to much for a crapy service. DO BETTER!! IMPROVE YOUR APP!
too many ads
all this app does is buffer on my TV and it's very frustrating when I'm trying to watch a movie and every few seconds it freezes to buffer and I know it's not my wifi connection please fix the issue.
slow
the app stops, in fact the app will freeze then it will stop my TV from responding to prompts . don't know who has the worse app Paramount Plus or you guys. other streaming services apps don't give me headaches of turning off my tv several times, repeating scenes, lagging and slow response.
Peacock shpuld simply not be allowed to carry ANY NBA games. I have YT TV and the Peacock broadcast quality is absolute trash. I cannot explain HOW absolutely frustrating it is to deal with Peacock support. I would rather walk through glass than EVER deal with this company's support EVER again. If I can't get a refund of my $7.99 subscription fee, I will consider it a stupid tax to always remind me to NEVER subscribe to this service EVER again.
Terrible. App is straight trash when it comes to sports. Every NBA game they have goes to a black screen every time you attempt to turn it on. NBA and any other sport needs to cancel contracts w/ NBC
Its sad, when the content on your app is so drab, that you sign a SPORTS DEAL as if NBC SPORTS doesn't exist, just to get SUBSCRIBERS at 10.99, just to watch games that are FREE!! SMH
tried to get live TV and it doesn't work.
I only subscribed to binge watch a specific show and can't because most of the episodes' audio lags HORRIBLY! Completely unwatchable when the audio is off by 10 seconds! Some episodes start normal, then after a few minutes, the audio is behind. NOTHING fixes it. I'm definitely not renewing my subscription after this one month.
peacock has gotten too expensive I just won't watch it
Peacock is a kindergarten streaming company. I tried Peacock for the Tour de France in 2025. I was a ripoff with ZERO customer service and on IT help. Using this app again 1 year Later and their app suck, there website sucks. Peacock are the Spirit airlines of bad company.

the auto plays are always terrible and also if you have a show youre watching why wouldn't it auto play the after show for it instead of something completely random?
this APP Want to charge and raise the prices but it is the worst APP of all my movie APP and can't even reset my password and bring up my information. But to charge me .you find it in seconds . about to ask for a refund and get another movie APP WITH THE FUNDS.
only got it for the playoffs and it lags EVERY commercial. constantly closing and opening the app

Terrible. First time downloading the app and instantly deleting it. The audio plays but the video does not show up. This happened on my MacBook too. I am not a tech person but I can tell you Peacock functions like it's the early 2000s. I wanted to give them a try but I regret it
The shows keep changing. Colors flashing oddly and words being added to the original cut. This is odd.
Just here to complain that tomorrow's Spurs playoff game is on peacock and not nbc. Maybe it's the NBA's fault so I'll go complain there too.

Absolutely the worst viewing possible. Multiple time wasting irrelevant ads very frequently.
have this with Xfinity and don't even watch it the ads are dumb long annoying just makes me close the app so tired ads see them everywhere
never works
paid $8.63 tried to watch Ted and you need to upgrade to watch it. ridiculous. thats $10.99 extra with $8.63. thats $19.62! and I am trying to get my refund back.

Absolute worst streaming service. iw watch more ads than show. these clowns literally put an ad 15 secs before credits of shows. I'll buy DVDs and VHS before using peacock
Terrible search engine. Die Another Day is under the Blockbuster movie banner. Search for "James Bond" or "007" and nothing. Good job devs! With Google and ChatGPT out there, nobody wants a literal search engine anymore. If I search for "Ron Weasley," I want all of the Harry Potter movies to come up.

I subscribe to Peacock once a year and I do not recall the app being this dysfunctional. I keep having issues with streaming and with it simply refusing to load in the first place. for an app I'm paying this much money to use, it should work without fail every time
Way over priced for the content!
Please add a way to turn off auto playing of content when browsing. This drags performance down considerably. For sports, less and less content is live. Would be helpful if replays were available sooner as it's difficult to avoid spoilers. Anytime you do any action, pause, rewind, etc., you have to watch more ads, which is not good when watching live content.
