How do you pay the $129 a year and you can only have access to three cardio classes a month unless you upgrade to pay $289 a year.
Lack of Proffessional Accountability! The app was purchased by accident and immediately cancelled. SAME DAY CANCEL. Google would not refund the years purchase because they say its Pelotons issue. Peloton customer service said because I bought it on Google they should refund. Needless to say I am still out over $300. This is no way to treat customers who have been subscribing to your brand for over 5 years.
No longer working with Samsung watch

I think an update is needed to fit this!
The app on my watch just doesnt seem to ever want to connect or track my workouts. It is very frustrating especially because I would like to see accurate calorie count and heart rate to note my progress.
Doesn't connect to the phone or peloton equipment
no longer working in conjunction with wear os (using galaxy watch ultra 6). Just a spinning circle or constant asks to pair in the app. needs fixing ASAP
Connectivity to phone and Peleton equipment is weak
App used to work great in conjunction with my Galaxy Watch Ultra and now it does not. Cannot figure out a fix for the life of me. De-installed and re-installed both apps, on my phone and watch and still nothing. Everything is connected but when I start a workout on my phone it just spins on the watch. Please fix.
Since the last update, I have had to either clear the data or uninstall the phone app and reinstall it for my Galaxy watch 7 to connect to my Peloton plus bike
Worked great until this last update on 4/6/26. Now it just has a spinning circle in the middle of my watch when I try and run it.
Since last update I cannot track mileage on outdoor activity. This makes the app pointless for those that need to track for training etc
App is not working with Samsung watch. It does not recognize the heart rate monitor.
the instructors are annoying which makes sense bc it's geared towards annoying cycling class people. the "gym" classes without someone yelling at you are v limited. will use up my free trial and then look for something else
Worked fine until yesterday, then stopped working after the most recent update and no longer connects to the Bike, Guide or phone App no matter what I do. Raised with Peloton Support but still awaiting a response and hopefully a fix.
Crashes on me when I take a phone call
excellent except for one very annoying issue: notification when you add a class to your stack gets in the way of the top controls, and a suggestion I'd really appreciate: have a toggle to "download stack" and for those downloads to be removed once the stack is completed.
Latest update doesn't allow for stacked classes to be reordered. I have to rove classes and re-add them.....tedious. Using Google Pixel 8. Same on my Lenovo tablet. Edit post reply from developer. No....you can't reorder after this new update. That's my point! The instructions you've given used to work, now they don't!!!! Fix it!
Please bring back the ability rearrage classes listed in your stack on the Android app.
I've been on and off Peloton for 5 yrs and the price went from $12.99 to the most recent increase to $28.99. it's sad. and it's no as user friendly as it used to be. I have a hard time finding my favorite instructors and class times ... why the increase. and what happened to the user interface. 😭I can't even share my workouts to my stories anymore. that was the coolest feature.
Poor Quality Conteol on rides for the Bike - broken autoresistance they refuse to fix and often the bike metrics don't follow the instructors. Very poor AI help. Poor customer service.
IMO Peloton is overpriced for what it is. The Peloton Android app still features missing compared to iOS version. No leaderboard or wearOS integration on Android tablets? Support is very poor; no responses to tickets raised weeks ago. Come on Peloton, surely you can do better?
The recent update to the Feed is a huge step back. Showing teams I'm not a part of, and hiding my friend's workouts unless they get a badge. Please put the Feed back how it used to be.
I was given a two month free trial through o2 but the promo code didn't work, it just states there is an error. Have emailed Peloton customer service twice with zero response. If that's how they treat the customers they are trying to attract I imagine once they've got your money it's even worse. Have deleted the app.
Its unfortunate the app does not offer a free option.
can not add bike easily
The app is quite good. The subscriptions are ridiculous. THREE "cardio equipment classes" per month on the lower tier. And you can't do them twice! The cardio workouts Peloton is known for are reserved for the $30/month people. Peloton has good workouts, but why even have the lower tier if it's this bad? There are so many competitors in the workout app field, you'd think they'd want this service to be even remotely useful.
insanely expensive and they don't give veterans discounts for the bike, only the app, and they've been double charging me.

The app on the Peloton device itself (I have Bike+) is better but the functions I'd want to use on my mobile rather than stationary equipment is just bad. Fitbit apps and other apps way better.

The WearOS Version requires notification permission to track my heart rate but then proceeds to send me with promotional notifications without no way to opt out and only receive notifications about my ongoing ride. The watch app no-longer works. it says to configure in the phone app. the phone app says its ready. I uninstall the watch app then the phone app just spins
this update breaks the connectivity for the pixel watch 2 again. please stop messing with it!
Heart rate constantly disconnecting from the bike mid-ride. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be reintroduced every few updates. It's easy to forgive a one-time mistake, it's much harder to look past the exact same mistake being made time and time again.
Health Connect is not reliable with sync. Background sync of workouts from Peloton devices to the app then to Health Connect needs drastic improvement. The only way to reliably sink workouts from my peloton devices to my health connect. other apps is to sign out from this peloton app on my phone and then signed back in. Even after doing this though, the fitness permissions are ask every time by default rather than always but it doesn't sink even if I turn it off and back on so it stays as always
3.67 update does not track distance. Had to go back to version 3.66.
I have tried multiple workarounds, recommended *fixes* and my watch has not connected to my Tread or the app successfully since 4/1/26 which was AFTER the latest update to my watch. Assume it's time to find another tracking device for heart, steps etc. Tired of all these systems being siloed on the consumer side while they share everything else with each other. Definitely not going to make me switch to 🍎
Peloton app no longer tracks mileage on outdoor activities like running, cycling, walking. etc. Not a permission issue with location either.
The most recent version of the app which updated on my device yesterday has broken the Wear OS device connection. Before yesterday I was able to start an activity on my Peloton Bike, Guide or Android phone and all connected without issue to my Google Pixel Watch for heart rate, etc, but now that no longer works. I raised it with Peloton Support but no contact as yet. It's bad enough that the Strava integration doesn't work correctly for outdoor activities, but hopefully this one might get fixed.
app stopped tracking distance for outdoor walks. no idea why. uninstalled and reinstalled but issue persists

Buggy app that is getting worse. Casting no longer works (tried on two different phones, iPhone app can still cast though). Feed no longer shows most of my friends' workouts. opening links to workouts yields funky results causing you to have to close the app a lot. how do they charge this much and yet have such a buggy app?!?
price hikes galore... I just spent over 1k on their new bike and they've increased the monthly fee to $50! it's ridiculous!
great but insane price jump! I wish I could pay the app price for JUST the bike. $50 a month is really insane and will be the reason why I'm canceling in April when the 3 month promo is up
