FAKE 4.5 STAR RATING, For starters you are falsely claiming to have a 4.5 rating on your ad yet it's only a 3.9 on the app. That right there is why I won't ever download this app it shows it's a fake. It's either full of ads, Impossible to earn points or straight up just a total scam maybe even all of the above. Regardless this app shouldn't be allowed on the app store.
cant claim points once you hit $0.80 unless you pay money is what the app is telling me. i must unlock vip to go further even though it is supposed to be a step tracker payment app it is not that at all. not real money app

they suck it's a scam they'll take a picture of your ID act like they're going to link it to your account and then after you do 2,000 steps they tell you they close it for no reason it's a scam but now they got my license the picture front and back
This app was decent, like its sister app Scrambly, but lately, it has become a nightmare. There is no customer service support for over a month, despite games expiring within 30 days, and support is nonexistent. I understand the app becoming more popular but it sucks that it's at the expense of organization and customer support. I would recommend

the app doesn't count my steps I'm using two other step apps and walk roughly 12,000 steps a day. earlier today I had 6,853 steps and it was only 2:00 so I didn't collect them then tonight at 10:30 p.m. I want to claim my steps and my total steps for the day were 118 this happened several times since I've installed the app I have deleted it and redownloaded it I've made sure that it's linked with my phone stepper so that it can keep track of my steps. please fix this issue otherwise I'm deleting
not recording my steps properly. still not recording stros properly and this one of the worst apps I've downloaded... DELETE ... DELETED
I guess I was completing the milestones for a game too quickly and they removed the offer. there was still like 20 something days left

don't do it. not worth it. to many commercials very little pay. sucks big time ND not.
trash. wants you to do extra stuff in order to keep your daily streak. i highly recommend weward over this trash app
so far my experience has been less than stellar. the first app i downloaded went through all of the goals. received an exclamation of it never tracked. Despite that i gave this app another chance. Downloaded another game and now it prematurely expired my game 13 days early. So I'm about through with them.. I see alot of other users are having issues as well. The best customer service is not having to need them every 2 seconds
the steps aren't accurate and I had 1,600 at 9am and had 250 by 5pm. literally lost steps.
super scam app do not use! was banned upon attempting to complete my first cash out and within an hour got a notification that my identity had attempted to be used and it was traced back to this app! never use!! scammers!!
My dog and me walk 3 and a half miles in the morning and again in the evenings. This app usually only accounts for 1000 to 1200 steps. Today it counted 2600 steps. It's just wasting space in my phone.
This app is worthless. Their payout is literally pennies. Get in 20k steps? 8 cents. The games are worthless. If you've ever played one of them before, you're ineligible. The one game I was eligible for: to earn $219.91 (max payout) I must complete 9770 levels in 45 days. That's an average of 217 levels a day for 45 days. $4.886 earned on average for 45 days, playing one game for roughly 9 hours a day. This is not a money making app.

Slow rewards for walking, nice. Withholding my steps rewards until I give in and play one of your games? That's ridiculous. I take many steps daily, and wanted to get minor rewards for that. Cashwalk and Walktask offer games, but don't require them to get the step rewards. So this app here isn't worth my time. Sad, cause at the start it seemed like it would be a decent little app.
TO ALL GAMERS FLAG IT AS A NO-GO WITHIN YOUR THREADS/GROUPS, NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR SUCH A SCAMMER. FOR NEITHER ALLOWING ME TO CASH OUT MY WELL EARNED GAINS PROPERLY NOR HAVING A PROPER HELP AGENT THAT TAKES ON URGENT CALLS TO ACTION. SUCH A SHAME YET WASTE OF ENERGY AND TIME.
it's been deleting my steps throughout the day showing 0 steps and now won't calculate at all.
worst rewards app ever, just wasting time for rewards that you can't cash out, constantly says balance review in progress.. there are better gaming apps that don't make you wait like cash giraffe and playback rewards, pengupace NOT recommended
between having to download games just to convert your points for walking and it losses points also this app isn't worth it! I've since deleted it
I liked the idea of keeping track of my steps and possibly earning a few coins in the process. The app does a good job of keeping track of my steps, and a couple times I was able to convert my steps to coins, but for the last week the convert to coins button is gone, I have filed at least 5 tickets so someone would fix the problem, but nothing has been done!

Keep asking for personal information but won't pay anything. Tried to send a support ticket and it won't go through. Thanks for wasting my time. deleted.
this app freezes and messes up your streaks. hitting close to 2 months straight and all of a sudden I can download a game or claim my steps. this has been an on-going issue

Downloaded this app just to leave a review. I haven't even touched the app, but every time I get an ad for it my phone crashes.
don't waste your time with PenguPace app. Other walking apps don't require you to give away so much information or force you to try other apps. this app starts off okay and then you won't be able to get more points until you giveaway more of your information and try other apps that they offer. They should be ashamed of themselves doing that to people.
After some minor problems, Staff quickly fixed the issue. Having used this type of app, I can say it is heading towards leading the pack. It's worth it: Since my last post, Changes made to gaming requirements and other convoluted steps have made it unusable.
this app worked great for the first day and then the "convert steps" button disappeared. is love to keep using this app but I may delete it as I feel like it may just be a scam now.

This is NOT a walking app, it is a get paid to play games app that barely rewards you for steps(up to 20k step). Forces you to download games in order to keep your daily streak going. Milestones to complete are ridiculous, especially with how little time they offer, making it hard to unlock the Playtime feature and make money without paying. Withdrawing requires a picture of your ID(drivers license or passport).
I was on my 3 day streak when the app broke and wouldn't allow me to check my steps for the day and I lost my streak. After investigation, I realized that Scrambly lie to you in their adverts and you can only check steps if you perform other actions like playing games. This app SUCKS! Scrambly are liars and I am uninstalling PenguPace.

Takes 20000 steps to make $0.08 and thats the most you can make in a day walking. What a joke.
Installed yesterday, uninstalled and reinstalled to make sure it wasn't a bad install. My keep resetting to 0 multiple times inconsistently too. I walk a lot for my job so I thought I'd give it a shot but literally a Niantic app is more reliable on keeping track of my steps.
my steps aren't converting AT ALL. Don't even BOTHER emailing them. They don't fix ANYTHING.
