Pepperfry is a fraud company because they deliver damage product and no proper way to return and replacement and never get refund.. so please if u want use meesho and any other e-commerce which is much better than peprfry..

Terrible experience with Delivery. I ordered a Shoe Rack and Storage cabinet. After a lot of calls, got the shoe-rack. Storage cabinet has not been delivered yet even after 5 days of delivery date. Finally got a package, opened it, to my suprise→it is a large MIRROR instead of storage cabinet. Immediately called the delivery agent & he assured that the wrong package will be picked up and I will get my order the next day. Now he is not receiving our calls (06/05/2026). Pfry, what will u do now?
