"I had a very disappointing experience with Pepperfry. Their app uses misleading tactics to encourage customers to buy products. The furniture quality is extremely poor-my product started breaking within just one year of normal use. Even though it was still under warranty, no service technician came to fix the issue. Customer support was unhelpful, and the staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. I would not recommend Pepperfry to anyone.
