Don't give u enough info to solve it. Str8 up BS Update: Installed again after seeing my 2023 review thinking improvements were made and it was free, it's worse, NOW b4 doing a quiz asks for money. Some people can't pay. FYI make it free or at least a free version of it. I'd like to c my results. Uninstalling AGAIN.

I was told I could try premium for seven days free. I accepted and it charged my card. I have cancelled my subscription and requested a full refund as I cancelled as soon as I realized I was charged( minutes). I requested a refund and opened a ticket. They keep closing the ticket saying the issue is resolved. it is not resolved and I would like my money back for tricking me in the first place. I keep receiving word from them that my ticket has been resolved when it hasn't.....🧐 still waiting .

You STILL get ads even after paying....Not to mention this app and the tests are complete garbage too, don't put any stock behind the results 😂

I was excited to try this app, but you can't get past the loading screen without signing up for a free trial that will charge you 13.99 WEEKLY. Pretty predatory if you ask me. This app is not worth the price or the pain that comes with dealing with their customer service, as others have said.
Supposed to be a free trial. BS! won't give me my results in full. just a couple lines. and keeps hounding me for money. that is NOT a free trial... it's bait and switch. it's deceptive, extortionate, and unethical. UPDATE: 4/15/26 I just realized that without my permission, I was charged back in December $10 for this deceptive app? So that's how they're making their money. bait and switch and surreptitious billing. I may report them to google

ad pop ups make it unusable because it keeps resetting the assessment Everytime you come back from the ad. horrible app

ya your so helpful. so helpful you wait for your very last chance to see your results from them before they ask if your ready to pay. on top of ad after ad it's a joke of an app. this app is garbage.
you have to pay for EVERYTHING. And on top of that you get an add opening the app, clicking 5 things and so on, don't get this unless you want to pay 10$ before the app show you anything.
wants you ro pay but acts like its free and the trial is only 3 days and act like its easy to cancel no thank you 🙄

canceled subscription etc literally hours later and they keep trying to take the money from my account, wrote whomever I could to stop it but was not many options , so far haven't received any response, but as mentioned, continuing to take the $9.99

This app charged my card 67 times after I had already removed my subscription until they got to steal my money from me and now they don’t want to pay me back my money that they do not get this. These people are crooks
Most tests dont offer enough selections in the answer area = making the test irrelevant vs forcing myself to chose any of those given selections that in no way apply to myself.
used the app. forgot to cancel. No way to contact anyone for a refund. you can't click on the app to ask for a refund in your order history like you can other apps. Scam!
it just wants your money. It immediately asks you for your credit card information so I can give you a "free trial."
nothing but ads. I saw the same 2 ads 6 times each during one quiz. which BTW doesn't even give you the results for without paying for an un upgrade. bad developer choices. never again

First, you get interested but it changes after you get hit with a lot of buy now and every test is locked with trail. Time wasted..
how many ads can be squeezed into a 27 question test is really how they test your patiences !!! so many i lost count and 0/10 dont recommend unless you like garbage ads to watch ....its not about free its about more ads than app might as well be no app just ads at how over abundant ads are ...hope you can understand complete waste of people time
You are a scam. If I need to pay money for a "free" trial, you are not free. I hope someone takes you to court.

IF you intend to purchase the app for results then this app is for you because that is your only option. You can't do anything with it unless you pay.
