since the update the app lags and closes itself. unable to make an order
I live in a building unit the door is open 24/7. I wish the driver would stop leaving my parcel in front near the mailbox, everyone walking past in on the road can see it. They are too lazy to come bring it inside the building. I do not want my order stolen. I spend $400 - $700 monthly on pet circle. I expect a better service. Drivers are too lazy to do their job that they are hired to do.
When browsing food, it will limit what's displayed on the page to about 80 products. with no ability to view more. also the loyalty/special promo takes up a 1/3 of the screen. between that and the menu down the bottom, you are viewing the content through a tiny key hole. just use the website...
Honestly hit my limit with the auto delivery issues in this app after waiting so long for a fix. I'm deleting my account and switching to a different store
I was excited to downloaded this app and it was easy to find what I wanted to buy, but no way in hell would it let me put in my correct suburb it gave me about options starting at A would not let me even scroll down through them to find Oakhurst so after not getting being able to get it I have deleted the app, what total waste of my time.
You may wish to check your delivery methods. Parcel dumped over a kilometre away from address and wet. Had to call the person and wait for her to pick up on Monday. Not my job, I am not a customer.
Placed and paid for an order on Wednesday morning which ive not received . two days and it is still processing . they guarrantee next day dekivery which ive not received , $ 20 off first order which ive not received . i suspect that they did not have the stock which i'd requested , hence the delay. it is illegal in Australia to accept payment for items not in stock . based on this suspicion ive asked the support to cancel my order and issue a full refund . which they've hitherto failed to do.
the app is glitch. can't even login
It almost never loads properly. I waste so much time waiting to be able to manage my orders
