I live in a building unit the door is open 24/7. I wish the driver would stop leaving my parcel in front near the mailbox, everyone walking past in on the road can see it. They are too lazy to come bring it inside the building. I do not want my order stolen. I spend $400 - $700 monthly on pet circle. I expect a better service. Drivers are too lazy to do their job that they are hired to do.

I was excited to downloaded this app and it was easy to find what I wanted to buy, but no way in hell would it let me put in my correct suburb it gave me about options starting at A would not let me even scroll down through them to find Oakhurst so after not getting being able to get it I have deleted the app, what total waste of my time.
You may wish to check your delivery methods. Parcel dumped over a kilometre away from address and wet. Had to call the person and wait for her to pick up on Monday. Not my job, I am not a customer.
Placed and paid for an order on Wednesday morning which ive not received . two days and it is still processing . they guarrantee next day dekivery which ive not received , $ 20 off first order which ive not received . i suspect that they did not have the stock which i'd requested , hence the delay. it is illegal in Australia to accept payment for items not in stock . based on this suspicion ive asked the support to cancel my order and issue a full refund . which they've hitherto failed to do.
the app is glitch. can't even login
I have been a Pet Circle member for well over 1 year now and just recently I have seen a big decline in the app features. I can't add products to my current auto delivery,.ive tried to create a new one and I can't seem to find the new one I have created to edit/delete it. If the app gets fixed I would happily change my review as other than this, I've never had any issues with the products, deliveries or customer service. Please fix this issue asap.
I keep getting slight faulty items and they won't refund it and blocked my account for there mistakes
Can't get to my ongoing auto delivery, can't edit my ongoing auto delivery, can't add a new thing to my ongoing auto delivery. I end up having to use the website for managing all this. This new version of the app is useless for auto deliveries. If they change this problem, I would happily update my review.

0 stars if I could. Useless app. Can't reset password (no reset link sent), can't change postcode (blank screen when search for my postcode). Didn't even get to search for products let alone check status of an existing order. Totally useless. Uninstalling.
App crashes frequently and the functionality to change items in auto-delivery does not work. Online portal also crashes.
Latest update doesn't work at all can't even reset password. Support just told me to use the browser to access the site and the new site on a browser is really hard to navigate and takes so long to work or find anything.. I gave up and went to another supplier
Recently the app kept crashing and closing itself when I want to view My Orders section. It says there is a bug in the app. Is there an update version of the app, please?
Unusable. App is glitchy, doesn't return nearly as many results as the website and when you look into product information, for product dimensions or some other crucial info, it just links you to the website anyway! Only downloaded it to use the code which didn't even work.
Just tried searching for a particular product, nothing happened when I selected from the drop-down menu. I have 2 products in my cart, one won't let me change the auto-delivery frequency. Can't select the correct suburb for my Parcel Locker because it's not listed. And now I can't deselect the suburb that I accidentally selected. Edit: I just tried ordering via the website instead (at least I could type the suburb in) and it kept coming up invalid postcode. I guess I'll be ordering elsewhere

Can we please have the ability to turn off marketing notifications and keep order notifications turned on? I might delete this app if you can't and just use the website.
I installed this app and it was just useless. The products aren't loading and it's just clunky. I'll just stick to their website.
Pet circle never delivered all the food I played for missing biscuits. Gastrointestinal vet dry food. nobody answers ph when I ring? am over speaking with olive the bot. sad customer. 😔
Only able to amend the next due auto order - I've been unable to locate the rest. How am I supposed to reorder something if I run out?
App is garbage and bugged everywhere, can't press half the buttons I need to press. Better off using the website if it even works...

Some features have disappeared after the latest update - there's no button to add to an auto delivery from the item's store page, and I can no longer move items between auto deliveries. Hopefully this is an error, not the new normal UPDATE NOV 2025: this app just gets worse and worse. Harder to navigate, functionality decreases with every update... getting closer to taking my business elsewhere.
Most of the time can't view the reviews, just the rating. Lately issues logging in, giving up on the app, the website is much easier to deal with.
buggy app. deleting a pet profile when they die doesn't work properly. set up a new pet profile hangs at the last step.
Coupons working incorrectly.
Unfortunately my experience has been bad. I first ordered NexGuard for my two dogs on October 28. It wasn't delivered and so Pet Circle placed a new order for me on November 11. Its November 15 and I have still NOT received my order. I have also signed up for an auto reorder. What is this bad experience continues? Is there a possible reason? Helen
Found it cumbersome. needed help. search is painful unless you no where to look. It's a frustrating piece of work compared to USA Web sites. Needed help idiot, not good should have departed. The price was the driver and delivery.
Too complicated
EDIT: Downgraded to 2 stars. Can't call, orders aren't processed in time, lack of communication. Can't be bothered, will try elsewhere. STOP. Very good service, ordered by 5 pm and received the following day. Better than the competition. App is easy enough to use.
