Rubbish app. Says it beeds an update but as hard asi try it never updates. You would think they would make it easy.

shopping cart won't load
authentication failed. no other website has issues at the checkout like petbarn does. I keep getting the same vague notification that "authentication failed" how? what? card details are correct, address is correct. followed their support advice for trying via logging in from a private browser which is already getting to be a big ask from a place wanting you to spend with them, right? deleting the app and switching to a competitor, for sure.

I've been trying to add a single bag of dog biscuits for the last half hour, but it won't get past the processing stage and actually put it in my cart. Not sure how I can buy something if it won't even show up in my cart
Doesn't allow for favouriting of items. That's a big fail for me.

Sooooo slow!!! The website is horribly slow, but this, somehow, is worse! if you want people to buy in store only, then why bother with such clunky tech?

horrible app and shopping they won't let you pick up instore they are forcing you to pay delivery at a cost that's more then the items. stick is never instore it's time to shop at a different store. don't let companies force delivery on you so they stop employing people. who wants to wait 2 weeks for dog food to be delivered.

no options to change text size, size does not change when I change settings on my phone, ai does not assist with this issue either. makes app unusable for visually impaired.
Was able to log in when I first installed. Now it won't recognise my login and won't sent me a password reset email.
It won't even let me phone download it, is this even real, I have lots of space, so that can't be the reason
App & Petbarn IT support have been useless. I have been trying to login multiple times since it launched last year. Gets stuck in a loop going back to sign in page. Have uninstalled & reinstalled app multiple times. Updated & cross checked password/ email with website account many times. Raised tickets with Petbarn twice from chat on website & they cant work it out, just keep saying that they have referred it to IT department & then no-one gets back to me. Longterm customer about to go elsewhere

Absolutely useless app. I cannot get into it. It won't accept my password that I've done countless times. Incredibly frustrating. It won't open either. Don't send me an email for the app when it doesn't work at all.You don't even deserve a star. What a joke. no one has bothered to reply to my concerns for days now. Now, 4 days still no response Ridiculous, it is now nearly 10 DAYS and you have still done NOTHING
The Petbarn app redirects to advertising for cybersecurity and locks up. Uninstalling the app. Will go to my local store instead

I've since moved to Petbarn's major competitor which is not only more reliable, but also a little cheaper. There's no excuse for not being able to handle what should be a simple service. Petbarn should expect to lose more of their customer base as a result.
I was very happy with the app (and Petbarn generally) and would have said 5 stars, until the latest update that now pushes a big, whole screen sponsored product advertisement (that I'm not interested in) at me every time I open the app -- and hold it there without letting me dismiss it. sometimes for 5 seconds (still irritating) and sometimes it just hangs and I have to close and reopen. This inspired me to try a competitor for the first time (I've been loyal only to Petbarn).

I can't add anything to my cart. My app is up to date, is there a problem with the cart function? Very frustrating 😔
Just use the website. This app is pretty and broken. I've tried to place an order at least 10 times, and the recaptcha never works.
Just downloaded but trying to ask a question about adding single items to a repeat delivery deems the chat bot useless
