how about shipping people's order out of the store they purchased it through instead of having it shipped out of Reno Nevada. seems like everytime I buy something from petco at a specific location to get shipped to me its always out of Reno instead of the store I bought it through. it would get here much quicker than having to wait 5 days when it should only be the max 2 days I live 90min away from your store and the wait time for the items I purchased is 5 days or more. you need to do better
Using the Petco app is always a freaking nightmare.It's sometimes it takes me 2 or 3 hours be able to get a order to complete.It proved a tiny bit , but not much

I really hate the change on premier points online. I can no longer see each of my $5 that gets issued from my premier points I have no clue when some are about to expire. I'm afraid after I cant see an expiration date I can lose it. for premier points you have 30 days to redeem now...how do I know which ones need to be redeemed if.. I pay for 3 premier plans, different dates. this is different from points earned for purchase which have 365 days. I also want to redeem points myself like before!!
I cannot access my Petco app or online site, which isn't helpful since I have 3 animal accounts.

the corporation removed the nutrition perks and rewards from the app without notifying customers. in fact they didn't even notify the teenagers in the Philippines that work at their call centers so nobody knows what's going on
App doesn't work properly, and it's always saying download app. Which i find weird when you're already clicking on the app you downloaded. please fix other wise it's an app not worth downloading.

The WORST shopping app I have ever experienced. one moment you can check out, the next your order details need to be confirmed by customer service (despite being on autoship for MONTHS). Their customer service also doesn't understand 70% of what your problem is either. Devs, I doubt this is your fault, corporate needs to give you a few months to reconstruct this. if it is your fault, corporate please find new devs.
The app barely works. is so buggy and doesn't load on opening 90% of the time, and trying to search for an item on the rare occasion it does load is like pulling teeth. Absolutely ruins petco for me- I would shop in the store far more often if I could check they had the item I need.
This app is so difficult to use. Last week it just wouldn't load anything but a blank page and if you have the app installed, you can't just use a web browser to view the website, it auto launches the app. This week, no item images load. None. So unless you know the exact name of the product, you aren't finding what you are looking for.
sucks! Pet food never arrived!
Horrible experience! I ordered eight 200 count boxes of puppy pads. I received five even though it said they delivered eight. I tried to use their chat and it kept saying it was delivered and wouldn't give me an option to talk to a person. Then I tried writing I was told I would get a refund but didn't. Then I tried to get a hold of a person and call directly. I was told they were sending me the three missing boxes. I just received one box of 100 count. No refund for packages not delivered.

I hate that you have to use the app on your phone, it won't let you stay on the web version. Today the app won't even open - just continues to try to verify and eventually errors out.

Deleted after a week of trying to make a vetco appointment, ended up using my computer instead. This app never could finish the appointment procedure. It would either not load or it couldn't find anything in my area. Desktop version of the real website never had a problem.

2 years trying to use the app. It just gets worse. Now sign-in opens a web browser. Why need the app then? Shop in-store Food items now are mostly made in China. Very few are made in the US. No wonder pets are developing cancer. Permanently uninstalled! Eight months later, the app is still down for maintenance. Useless. It's been over 12 months in total. Uninstalling. App has been down for maintenance for 6 months.
Horrific website! You're the most UN-user friendly website I've ever used. I'm literally here to buy food for my dog. Your website makes dealing with the IRS seem desirable.
app makes you build a profile for your pet, but also makes you manually reenter all info every time you want to make an appointment. what was the point in the profile if you require the same info each time. been shoping there for years, but the app is awful.
Error "still having problems, try again or call customer care.... ' Uninstalled/reinstalled too many times to count and more than I care to admit because it was all for naught and a COMPLETE WASTE OF VALUABLE TIME. The app is a ”Premier PoS” Petco pricing on everything is more than other Big Box Pet Stores and I'm likely cancelling my dog's premier status before it is "auto-renewed" in a few more days. App freezing up for months. Save yourself the headache and annoyance use the website.
when I am searching for a product this app does not show me my results. It says results but no items are viewable.
Never Updates & Their AI chat Sucks
Can not have app registered on multiple devices. tried using app on Wife's phone and does not allow. Reset password now works on wife's phone but states can not be used on my phone as app is previously registered on another device.

Garbage
well 50 to 150 every week in dog food in the store and still don't get any points
horrible cutomer service. they cannot do something as simple as to change the vet info. they had to cancel my whole order and now was unable to enjoy the discount.
can't get pass schedule grooming page. select schedule grooming appointment and it gets stuck at the next screen. press schedule doesn't do anything.

I love Petco but the app is horrible, looks like they recently updated but in the past it's slow and glitchy.
I've experienced many bugs using this app. currently, I am unable to see product photos and other images on product listings. This makes the app useless for my most recent plans to see cat trees.

Constant errors. Claims things are out of stock when they were listed as available, but only once you reach the check out page. Then, it crashes entirely until your forced to close out. Cache cleared, uninstalled and reinstalled, signed in, signed out, ran virus checks etc, etc etc. Makes the experience difficult. Reoccurring issues.
bad app. jumps and isn't easy to use. sure Wish you could read before it jumps to the next item they want you to see
