In this day and age, providing a minimal, lightweight Web based front end would be almost trivial. Forcing customers to use a mobile device app as the only means of accessing your service is lazy. We do not all live on our smartphones.
App doesn't work on android.
I had previously raided this 5 stars. It is now down to one. I can no longer access information from my vet. All of my points have disappeared and anytime I look for a new business associated with it. I have to start in the Gulf of Guinea. It would appear that I am not able to double log in in order to gain access to support either.
why would EVERRRRR think it was a good idea to remove the feature that hosts all your pets vaccine and surgery history! this is a stupid and pointless app now. congrats on ruining a good thing!
