PetDesk - Pet Health Reminders

tried to download per vets recommendation only to have app only show opening screen saying petdesk heathly pets happy humans and terms of service on the bottom only and no way to access anything else. was hoping to be able to use it but after multiple tries I gave up on it.no way to contact anyone to find out is wrong

This sucks! I just want to see my pet's lab results and I can't get to them.

I can take care of my pets by myself!

Must accept cookies in webpage. No option to reject or edit. Must accept all. This is illegal in Canada. Cannot delete data or close account. You do not have control over your data. Do not trust. Uninstalled. Vet Clinic encouraged to reconsider their decision to use this platform. May change vets over this intrusive software.

Very difficult to get report information. Very difficult for me to down load report information.

horrible app. Instead of notifying me of upcoming appointments. it wait till a few weeks/months after to tell me that I'm past due on appointments.

I forgot my password and when I click on forgot my password it takes me to a message that tells me to put in my email but it won't let me so I have no way to recover my password so I can't use the app it has been this way for months very frustrating
