it's not great keeps freezing

Awful app don't have an app if you can't update it simple. it's useless for months now like everyone else stuck on loading screens and payments screens. RUBBISH
not enough information regarding contacting you ref failed delivery etc or half delivery one day and then next delivery was to number 3 which the lady could not carry .No online chat available either .
doesn't load properly and is glitchy when it does also its run by a company who value profit over pet health.
I've given it a one star due to the constant waiting for anything to load then takes forever. just taken me ages to order . please fix the bugs.
Shockingly slow
This all has the worst payments process. I always have issues and have to try multiple times. Especially with amex.
It used to be a shop, you give them money, get the product and its done. Now it turned into personal data thief. Most categories at the end of list of simingly benign info they collect state "and other info". So they can, and surely do, collect all sort of data regardles if you want to share or not. It is a fricking shop !!! Why would I give the shop my date of birth, my financial situation, my email address etc !?! Or even my postal address if I am not placing any orders to be delivered ?!?

appalling, freezes constantly and when comes to pay it asks me to verify it via bank app, i do then go back to PAH and screen is blank and all starts again, cancelled my easy repeat and using a different company now

The app is difficult to navigate. I want to complain about my order not being delivered after nearly a week. I couldn't find a way to talk to anyone. The head office closed with one alternative means of contact being offered. Total disfaction.

Very slow loading. Checkout was a pain - tried paying with Google pay several times and didn't work. PayPal worked in the end.

The app constantly lags
This app has to be quite possibly the slowest and most infuriating experience I've encountered. Every interaction takes upwards of 5 seconds, payment was almost impossible. There are some serious development bugs that need to be addressed for this to be a good user experience. Can't fault the design and layout, animations are cute but the experience was so bad I'm tempted to bin the app and just use the website going forward.
accidentally ended up with 2 repeat orders, only way I could cancel one was to cancel both.
