Les prix élevés pratiqués par les commerçants sur votre plateforme, on a l’impression qu’il ne s’agit pas réellement d’écouler des invendus, mais plutôt de vendre leur stock habituel tout en réalisant une marge réduite.
THE WORST 3 times I had a situation then I came to pick up my order and store was closed or didn't even know that I have an order from them. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE? I use other similar app all the time and NEVER had such an experience. It's such a waste of time!!
The UI is great, but the lag makes the app impossible to use for me, so I have to uninstall it now. I cannot move around on the map nor open information on a store, it takes ages. I don't have this issue with the "To Good To Go" app. I tried to contact support to give constructive criticism instead of a bad review, but support is just a robot.
Too good to go is much better.

Le commerce est fermé avant l'heure de fermeture. Vous contacter la plateforme qui vous préleve quand même et vous attendez une bonne semaine le remboursement...ce n'était pas ma première commande et jusqu'à présent ça allait à peu près. Mais là, c'est fini.

Very bad. App suggested a restaurant and we reserved some surprise boxes for dinner. Turns out the bar didn't exist and support on the app is scarce. Now we are hungry and disappointed
i gave the money they gave me the location and time for pickup but when i wnet there to pickup my food they said they don't even have a contract with this app and i contacted the customer service but no response at all ! it's a scam unless they fix this mess they created

Unprofessional a group of people that decide to put for you your basket they do not give you the opportunity to choose it is a trick I think... They take the things they see important perhaps for them at home and they keep for us the rest truly I did not left delighted and satisfied and when I heard about a box I thought something close and by chance you get what it contains. Moreover, staff are unprofessional it takes approximately 30minutes to explain for them about the application.
There is no customer service at all. I received a basket that is far away from the expected value and I contacted the consumer service, it has been more than a week and there is still no reply.
No experience ,l didn't find any product, and when l was about to buy it , the product wasn't available...
No shops around
La application m'ai charge un panier plusieurs fois, le équipe a rien fait. On plus j'ai pas âme le panier, rien avoir de ce qu'est montre sur les annonces.
Terrible there are no shops available anywhere I only gave one star as its a brilliant idea such a shame

Not for the US?
Used twice, removed. Barely any options in a large city. (France) Used it for one place, generous at first, then different at the second time around. Removed the app.
Bon concept mais les magasins inscrits jouent pas le jeu souvent(les produits donnés n'atteignent pas la valeur annoncée ou alors ils ne donnent que les produits les plus impopulaires au lieu d'en produire moins et non pas le surplus de produits de meilleurs qualités).
La idea y el concepto es bueno pero en caso de problema no hay respuesta rápida por parte de Phenix
In France you only get broccoli and cabages. In a month they changed from selling from 1/3 of the price to 1/2. I even got charged for the bag in a shop where 3 days before I wasn't.
Looks interesting but doesn't have anything in my area Canada. Flash food works the best and Too good to go works but isn't as good.
