The app sucks!!! I paid for the subscription and never received the benefits. I have talked to customer service several times and they tell me something different every time. I have complained and complained but no results just sorry it took so long to get back to you it must be cause of the different time zone. And they make it impossible to get a refund!!! very disappointed.

Difficult to connect on Chromebook. Eventually connected Chromebook, but can't print anything without a subscription.
I bought this printer and now I have to pay and subscribe to print out patterns. ummmmm NOPE NOT RECOMMENDING THIS APP OR COMPANY. SCAMMERS AND FULL OF ADS BEWARE
the new app update removed the ability to scale images to specific sizes, you now have to blindly resize the image with no way of checking measurements. this makes the app essentially useless for making stencils the correct size.
The app is glitchy and weak and it's just one big demand for your cash. I would pay a few dollars for a good app to use with my printer, but not this nickel and dime bs. I would go so far as to discourage buying their printers. Do better.
this app is a complete scam. they make you pay for the membership to use the printer. then after a couple of uses. they hit you with a hidden cache saying that after a certain amount of uses you have to pay more to use and print the designs from the app. customer service didnt even know what to say and kept using the "its part of the agreement at time of purchase" excuse. its like saying you have to pay your monthly Netflix account and after watching 100 show or movies to watch more. BIG SCAM!

I payed the yearly subscription tried the features it let me use Ai generator for 2 pics I upload pictures to create it let me 3 times then it says I'm out of credits and if I want more to buy either 80 for 6.99 or 200 credits for another 9.99? I just payed the 36 bucks and got maybe 5 pics? this app is great but it left me kinda aggravated cause it doesn't tell you before you buy that you need to buy more credits it let's you think when you pay for the year that you'll have all the features NO

the app user interface is an absolute nightmare. extremely cluttered with weird and unnecessary things, and it's too many steps to just print something from my device. please please please declutter in the next update.

This app is a scam. I ordered a printer and was tricked into signing up for a subscription. I canceled the subscription, but it still shows that I’m subscribed for another year-even though I already returned the equipment. Trying to get a refund has been impossible, and Google has been no help.
Scam. It will not let me print anything - it asks for monthly subscription.

Too many pop overs trying sell stuff. Won't allow screenshot of notes you print. It is a doorway app to sell subscriptions and having to click away the popovers on every startup is a hassle.

thermal paper CHEAP AF😤. the app piss me off every mf time i open it take 2 butterfly stencil that i have to click on to get into anything, anything other then a transfer from camera to printer gotta pay for a subscription even though i already spent 100 and something bucks on the machine itself. and it's going to print with the background so everything is black. so u MUST BY SUBSCRIPTION😤 but the trial before it tells u to buy is cool once u realize gotta pay 4 everything realize some BS!!!!!

would have been more stars, but was just using it for bare minimum currently, take a picture, cut and resize and print. now today when I opened the app to use it, I can't even do that??? I'm not paying to do just basic functions. ridiculous

You should be concerned when the privacy policy directly states "we have the right to analyse, mine and utilise the anonymised user data, and to carry out statistical analyses of the use of Phomemo's products for the purpose of possible third-party information sharing."
app used to be free now you have to have a subscription.. typical.
Loved it until they made it a subscription model so I can't use my printer at all. I am not spending $50/year to use something I already paid for and used to use with no issue. Don't waste your time with this one.

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY. I've owned the printer for 2 years, but have only printed 12-15 labels. Today I went to print a label, and the app won't let me print unless I pay for a monthly (or annual) subscription. It bricked the printer. 🤬
it just doesn't work
I guess the app is fine, though I figured their customer support was AI, but now I don't think it is because their help was not direct, it was useless and kinda passive aggressive. the product itself isn't great, you can only print in three random colours, if you want a simple black and white you have to purchase more paper, but if you take it out to use a different one the previous paper would expand which makes it extremely difficult and frustrating to put the paper in it's role

you guys added the mirror option and now it keeps mirroring my stencils. I turned off the mirroring and its STILL doing it. you have ruined the app

you have to be online and pay at least a $33 annual membership fee.
