Overall the app was awful. I bought this printer for my bio and anatomy classes and to use it to print tables I have to pay 36 dollars monthly? On top of the $40 dollars I paid for the printer? Absolutely disgusted. On top of them basically scamming you out of the $40 printer price your spammed with ads after ads and the trial is only 3 days. Save your time and money and try another printer and printer app.
After the last firnware update none of my device connected m08f printer ,we start mailing with company ,fix this pls.
I downloaded the app and hit connect to connect the printer to my Wi-Fi and my phone alerted me that it was a malicious website

the printers are fine (for a thermal printer) but the app is predatory as it requires you to fork over cash. and dear God please read the privacy policy.
This thing is useless, the entire app is just an add, a ploy to just get you to PAY, you can't just use the printer for anything other than what they want you to PAY for. If you want to just make labels or something useful for anything around the home, you can't unless you PAY, you've already paid for the printer, that's not enough...now you have to PAY to use it. I now know why there are hundreds of these little printers, brand new and unopened waiting to go into the landfill.

this is Ai garbage I got this cause it seems like a solid printer but all the app does is try to shove ai art garbage down my throat every step of the way. cant believe I bought this trash
8 bucks a month to use a printer I already paid for? I don't want to use the clip art, I don't want themes or templates. I want to print things with the device I purchased, but you have to hold that device hostage with a monthly fee? Get out of here with that nonsense.
very poor customer service will ask you to get pro plus then take it from you and will not connect you with a real person for help I do not recommend.

App works great for most stuff... only after you pay for subscription... I figured ok ill try it since the free features are trash.. even tho u bought the printer... but No the AI sucks sooo bad.. it made me the worst unusable templates and then said you must BUY MORE CREDITS!... THATS BS... I would have paid more for the printer... and even the yearly.. but your just gonna keep hitting us for $ or lock us out? too bad because the printer works great... the AI needs ALOT of work still too

I paid $36 for pro+ annual subscription and every time I go to make something it says I have to upgrade to pro plus then says I'm already a member. but doesn't let me make anything
I bought 2 of these years ago. They worked great no problem. Unfortunately I just got them out to use again and now there's a subscription when it used to be free. That's just wrong for the people who bought these years ago and never agreed to having to pay anything for printing. Gonna look for other brands now.

This app used to have a lot of free stuff and now it's all under subscription. Tried you use their feedback feature and when I hit submit it failed....so now they make it hard to find the free things and you can even get an answer to your question.

The app sucks!!! I paid for the subscription and never received the benefits. I have talked to customer service several times and they tell me something different every time. I have complained and complained but no results just sorry it took so long to get back to you it must be cause of the different time zone. And they make it impossible to get a refund!!! very disappointed.

last year this worked fine. printer is great. but now the app hardly lets you do anything without paying for an expensive subscription. not worth it, so the printer is going in the trash.
Does not work when i tried downloading printer driver on my 2nd desktop computer . On my tablet, it work only 10 % of the time. There are some serious problems with printer driver . Horrible printer driver. Instead of giving us instructions on the printer driver, entire website if full of childish useless nonsense stickers. the new app update removed the ability to scale images to specific sizes, you now have to blindly resize the image with no way of checking measurements. this makes the app essentially useless for making stencils the correct size.
The app is glitchy and weak and it's just one big demand for your cash. I would pay a few dollars for a good app to use with my printer, but not this nickel and dime bs. I would go so far as to discourage buying their printers. Do better.
this app is a complete scam. they make you pay for the membership to use the printer. then after a couple of uses. they hit you with a hidden cache saying that after a certain amount of uses you have to pay more to use and print the designs from the app. customer service didnt even know what to say and kept using the "its part of the agreement at time of purchase" excuse. its like saying you have to pay your monthly Netflix account and after watching 100 show or movies to watch more. BIG SCAM!
