worst service and agents fully misguided us
i disabled rupay credit card payment and don't know how they enable it back and charge such a hefty amount on the name of acceptance of payment. fraud app. they are literally looting. on a 1800 transaction they charged 48 rupees.

Every time I received the same responses, and my issue is still unresolved. This has been extremely frustrating and has wasted a lot of my time. Please fix this issue and allow users to permanently delete unonboarded business accounts. I hope this problem is resolved soon.
No Service Agent Also Not Coming From 1 Month For verification Very Bad
Very disappointed with the PhonePe Merchant Smart Speaker service. I paid ₹999 for the smart speaker, and it stopped working. The biggest issue is that there is no proper way to contact customer support. The Help section only gives automated replies saying, "Our agent will visit your shop within 1 week." It's been 3-4 months now, and every time I check, I get the same useless automated response. this is extremely poor customer service.
अगर कोई इस ऐप को इस्तेमाल करने की सोच रहा है तो मै सजेस्ट करना चांगा कि मत करो, ये एक froud है। मै अपने बिजनेस के लिए इसको करता था पहले दो तीन महीने अच्छे से चला लेकिन इस बार इसमें बहुत सारे चार्जेस काटने लगे है। सर्विस बहुत ढीला है। कस्टमर केयर से बात किया तो बेढंग का बात करते है वो लोग। ठीक ठाक चलेगा लेकिन कभी कभी चार्जेस कट जाते हैं। बिना वजह का। जब मैने पता किया कि किस वजह से चार्ज काटा है तो बोला कि कस्टमर ने QR स्कैन करके अपनी क्रेडिट कार्ड या RuPay कार्ड्स के upi से पेमेंट किया है।

I have current account on phonepe business app I do not have gst number but I have UDYAM card. but kyc is not completed speaker box do not speaks payments .phonepe app is not good.
My request is directly to Product team of this app. We have been using this app since 9 years, we don't face any issues regarding interface of this app. It was easy to navigate even for older non tech savy person. but now after app update. It's UI is completely change we cant see Daily transaction directly in home menu we have to navigate to history for seeing same. Please bring back daily transaction view in the home screen itself. This migh look small issue but trust me it's not.

Majaority of Phonepe Business users are not well educated. Make your UI simple for everyone, dont throw sip like ads on front page. Its better to change/educate your UI designer
smart speaker is not working the coustomer support was very bad complaint so many time but they didn't solve the issue

Hii phonepe business account this is my worst experience because of phonepe business loan I applied three days back for I am eligible for phonepe business loan but it is not moving and it's is struck and it's showing 57% from three days and I am not getting any customer care support for business loan and why I should keep the phonepe business and I will close my phonepe business account and please don't use anyone phonepe business account😡😡😡😡

It was a very bad experience, the help centre or trouble shooting section was so bad, they weren't able to ship a charger for the sound box although I'm in the metro city, and the monthly charges were another story. so dissatisfied.

new update में बहुत ज्यादा परेशानी है. payment entry नहीं दिखाई देती. बार बार history में जाना पड़ता है फिर उसके बाद big fonts से entry पूरी दिखाई नहीं देती हर entry open करके देखनी पड़ती है सारी amount settle हो जाती है फिर Red में लिखा रहता है बाकी amount अभी settle होनी है इनको खुद को ही नहीं पता कि कितनी payment आयी है। उससे हर समय confusion बना रहता है। सारा दिन इसी को देखते रहेंगे क्या अगर ऐसा ही रहा तो मुझे account बन्द करना पड़ेगा new version is very much disappointing

I purchased phone machines for my restaurant. machine stopped working after 1month over . 1have raised the issue multiple times, but no one has come to resolve it. Despite this, the tickets were marked as resolved without providing any solution. Additionally, the sound on the machine has not been working for the past week. I have raised this issue 5-8 times as well, but again, the tickets were closed without any resolution. This is extremely poor service from Don't buy anyone this is cheap
App is good, but the POS machine has worst service possible. I have raised ticket multiple times and tickets have been resolved without providing any solution. If you are going for App only, then go for it, but NEVER buy any PHONE PE POS or SMART SPEAKER.

waste fellows they charged me every month....still yesterday amount is pending settlement....I didn't want phnpe business please take it from my shop....Google pay business is very much better than phonepe business...dont use it they charged 1rupee for every settelment....and still yesterday amount is not credited in my bank..customercare didn't respond...

This is the worst app ever. It is not a mistake; a scam happens right at the moment you create an account. They promise you a loan and ask you to upload documents, but just when you are waiting for the loan to be approved, they claim your KYC documents are incorrect. If you try to upload new documents, they say it’s not possible. So, you are forced to create another account with a different number and start the whole process over. The customer support is absolutely pathetic. I am currently going
