This app. keeps charging my credit card when I have never purchased anything. You can't even unsubscribe with them. I have denied the charges with my card company, reissued a different card number, and emailed them. They keep trying to charge my card.

I had tried this app which I do not like i probably would have given it a 3 stars, maybe 4 until I dealt with their customer service. I canceled my subscription in the app. Well apparently it didn't work whatever. So they say, and they refuse to refund my money. So I'm a little perturbed at that, so I'm giving it a one. Total waste of time & money. This is just to let you pay. After installing the App, I opened it and came alive but nothing more. There's an arrow but dowsn't work, there's a word up there that says "restore", no response on that. You just paid to watch a goddam moving picture and listen to repeatitive music. A hoax. Lucky I didn't pay much.
The cost of this application is excessive. Initially, I was charged $47, which I had not authorized. My request for a refund was denied without a valid explanation. Consequently, I decided to utilize the service given that I had already paid for it, but I was unable to access the application. Subsequently, I received an email indicating that my subscription had been canceled, thus I still lack access to the application. Please clarify your policy: if you refund then give access to the app.
I wouldn't waste your money on this. The reason they don't offer a free trial is because everyone would cancel. The Heavenly I tried with several different pictures and not one time did any of the outcomes look like my dog in the pictures I posted. Very disappointed! I'm pretty sure ChatGPT could produce a much more accurate video. I hate I wasted my time and my money on this, if I could give negative stars I would...

DONT DOWNLOAD THIS. CANCEL IT IN GOOGLE UNDER SUBSCRPTIONS RIGHT AWAY. IT DOESNT WORK. I TRIED A COUPLE DIFFERENT PHOTOS, ALL UPCLOSE AND TURNED UPRIGHT AND IT KEPT NOT GENERATING PICK STATING I NEEDED TO RESTART THE APP.
This app takes your money and runs - there is no clear way to cancel your subscription once you've even started a short trial.. be warned! It suggests it will send you a link to your account but it does not. This means you can't cancel your account. And why would I want to cancel it you ask? Because it does not deliver on it's first promise - the recruiting advert said it would provide an animated image - it did not, and upon further investigation it doesn't provide that function at all. Fake!
this app doesn't work ... and the customer service, in my opinion is just as bad! after downloading this app in purchasing a year-long membership, it has never worked, not even once ‼️ I've deleted it and reinstalled it several times and it still does not work. following customer services advice, I did all these things in yet, to no avail ‼️😞 I informed the company and politely asked for an immediate refund, but, instead of refunding my money, they continuously offered excuses and delays

this company has taken money out of my bank account which I have not authorized for them to do the amount is 29.98 anything I had in my phone I cleared out last month so this company has no right to take any money from my personal account

horrible, plus now I found they have twice more charged my account $29.98 & are refusing to refund these fraudulent charges. BEWARE: SCAM do not give them your credit card information or banking account info. hope this saves someone from being scamed.

it would be nice if you have a way to cancel subscription
Had to restart phone twice bc app wasn't opening. Made two videos loading which ended up saying "try again" but still took my coins and wouldn't load. Support said they couldn't help or give me my coins back.
the app stinks, I sent the pictures of our two young children and it made a video of an adult woman and a lady what the hell was that about.

I can't believe I was charged 49.00 and 9.99 and they never gave me coins. the 49.00 was supposed to be for 3 months. never did I get those coins. then I canceled my subscription. they still charged me and never added coins. how unfair is this. why???????
only half are good enough..
It does not allow me to use all of the features. It's very frustrating when it says face not aligned when I know it is. So I cannot use most of the features I was looking forward to using. But the ones I was able to use I enjoyed. please fix the glitches.
