I signed up for the free trial of the app, but I was not aware that it would automatically renew once the trial ended. On June 20 2026, ₱1,099 was charged to my GCash account without my knowledge or prior notice. As soon as I noticed the charge,I canceled the subscription because I never intended to continue with the paid plan. I kindly request a refund, as the renewal was unintentional and I did not use any of the premium features after the payment was processed.I also hope the app can provide.
I want a refund back, the app automatically deducted my gcash. I tried to reach the developer but I didn't get any response.

Fraud and Refund issues. everyone please do not download or pay them. things doesnt work and payments never come to you. they are most corrupted organization on the play store. even google is not responding
It keeps on going back to free plan even tho I subscribed for the premium plan. I'm a patient person but this app just keep crashing and I am so sooo frustrated!!
