I am requesting an immediate refund. I subscribed to your app and was charged RM33.99 on 23 June 2026. It has not even been a month, yet I have been charged another RM33.99. This is completely unacceptable and feels like an incorrect or unauthorized charge. Please investigate this matter and process my refund immediately. I also request a prompt explanation as to why I was charged twice within such a short period. Please reply as soon as possible.

Drained battery causing overheating, pop ups so much app couldnt be ctually entered and when I finally did access app nothing worked

I paid for the subscription, It had taken my money out of my account and after that it did nothing. And it kept telling me to subscribe...... Never again!
99% of the app is behind a paywall which cost 10$, a week. Crazy.

I didn't even download it to my phone but my gmail kept saying i pay for the app. now i request a refund to google but they say I should reach out to developer but when i did email the developer they didn't even responded until now. I see the app on my payment and subscription but I didn't cancel it right away because I want to know if they can refund my money or not. this also the second time they deduct to my account with my knowledge.
I thought its a free trial for 3 days but NO!

I enjoy using this app just I find it too expensive to keep using all the time. I wish there was per month option. The weekly charge is too much for per week. Asking too much for an app that still makes mistakes and isn't always perfect. I know the app has free ai stuff but I do enjoy using the premium content over the free version content.
