How do I get a refund on my money. This isn't working like advertising says it would. I know for a fact I have deleted photos and it says none are found. Definitely seems like a scam job to take people's money. I really don't believe the reviews giving it a 5 star rating.

My much personal photos and videos which I had already hidden in my phone are visible during recovery. there's in no option to delete from apps and no any discription when and how will it be removed
