awful. completely distorted my images and when I complained they blamed me! advised in getting a refund. but honestly it's devastating to see these images so horribly distorted
crashing all the time
not a user friendly app. you can't edit or create pieces well or easily and you can't connect photo uploads to Google photos
THE DESIGN FEATURE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED ... The picture does not even fit their frames !!!! so how on earth do they expect sales ??!

its my phone. this is already installed yet it won't let me open it. it will NOT send me a new password. I am not installed as the owner! It's pretty useless !! I shall install something better!

Awful! I have been using the photobox website to make photo books for years. Having tried to make one recently, I have discovered that you can no longer add photos directly from Dropbox, the website pushes you to use the app, and that has created a book that is almost impossible to edit. So disappointing.

Bloatware, why can't I just download *all* photos? Complete rubbish.

Can't save projects, can't use uploaded photos to create projects. Android 16.

spent 3 hours editing pictures, typing captions etc for the App to lock up and delete my order as I tried to confirm it.
Really poor app and UX. wanted to order 10 photo prints and have got 10 in my basket. It was not clear at what point in the order process I'd be asked to upload photos for printing and somehow I've ordered 10 photos with no photos being uploaded. What exactly are you printing?
truly awful app. using high quality images that I've tested on multiple devices but this app shows poor quality samples. it doesn't allow direct upload from file manager and is just bouncing you around 3 different apps\windows. only good thing is that you can request to delete your data.
So confused!!!!! I have been using Photobox for years, I use my lap top to create lovely books which are very precious. I cant tell if I'm using the app or the web page both Logos look identical. My photos are still stored safely, but all my books from the past 10 years have been lost!!!! The photo book I was just about to finish has also been lost. Why was the latest change called Photo Editor? It didn't make sense to me.....I was very happy with the old photobox.
Terrible!!! Don't do what I have just experienced, spent hours sorting out our holiday snaps to find out you can't import photos from Google photos, just wasted a couple of hours of my patience and unfortunately a £25 voucher SHOULD COME WITH A WARNING THAT THE APP IS VERY LIMITED.
Clunky and unable to link to Google photos from my Chromebook- absolutely useless. Concentrarting on mobiles for creating a photobook is flawed. Many people want to use a larger screen to see the images better on the page and edit layouts etc

Really difficult to use. I just want to order some simple prints from my phone but the app is really unfriendly. I've used Photobox many times in the past from my PC but this phone app just doesn't work. I have my photos uploaded and in albums, but trying to order prints from here just seems impossible. I've given up and will try another company to order from.
This is sooooo frustrating. I want to order previous creations, but they're not on the app or the web account. Our computer is not advanced enough to use the new photobox software that allows you to create and edit your own photobook. I have used your website for years, but I will be deleting my account now.
O app é simplesmente um lixo! A funcionalidade é péssima e cheia de bugs. Extremamente demorado para completar algo que deveria ser simples. Se eu pudesse eu marcaria menos do que 1 estrela. Não recomendo para ninguém
The app is the same as the web app, with the same bugs and limited options. Useless.
Tedious in the extreme. The old app was great. This is the opposite .... I am trying to print some photos. Apparently they have migrated. Hopefully somewhere sunny, where there are no photo apps. Phoebe tbe bot, like most bots, is really annoying.
Impossible and frustrating to use on android
Unable to login. Page keeps going back to sign up/login. Browser works fine but app is pants.
Absolute rubbish, can't use to create a photo book, it keeps returning you to their website. Which is also dreadful, despite it displaying the hundreds of photos I've previously uploaded I can't use them in a new book. It expects me to reupload them. Appalling.

Totally confusing
Placed order on 17 July for a birthday on 2nd August. Still not received item on 1st August and although app shows item as sent, Roysal Mail have not yet received it. No help at all from (automated) Customer Service.
My family and I spent a huge amount of time and effort on a photobook of my father just after he died. Then we had to wait a little while as photos filtered through from other family. When I come back to print it, the entire thing has been deleted, intentionally, as part of an upgrade to a new system, which they didn't inform me about, and they can't even send me a pdf now because I didn't ask for it in the 1 month window before they wiped it all permanent. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
Terrible app, unable to login at all ! Deleted from my Samsung and reverting back to the desktop version.
App seems user friendly however twice now I have spent HOURS making a photo book and twice separate errors stopping me from paying and getting my order. Customer service is useless and the new "update" to the app just wiped my creation. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for customer service and all they can say is that it has been wiped!!!! Should have learned the first time
The last update made the application useless, it keeps redirecting by opening a browser website of Photobox. The last version had nothing to change, it was a little bit tricky to use but with a prepared folder you could restart again your project.
App lost all of my photobook after HOURS of work due to an upgrade. Horrendous. DO NOT USE THIS APP

Absolute waste of time! I've had to restart my photo album twice, due to the app malfunctioning and being incapable of safely storing the work I've done. I've wasted hours on this app and the customer support is poor. That's when you can even get through to them! I won't be using this service again. My advice: go elsewhere for personalised gifts or make your own. What a hassle!
