Why do I pay for the app then get charged for certain features. Then the feature doesn't work I still get charged
disappointing recently
To be honest, it's okay. But when I try to remove things, it left this ugly blurriness in my pictures.Sometimes it would even crop out or alter my original photos in a way that I didn't want to happen. And also, the replacement didn't work at all. It acted like it found what I wanted to be replaced difficult to understand. So, yeah, definitely not worth my money if I can't do what it advertised to.
Useless. I paid for 1 year worth of subscription, tell me why the credits im paying for expire if I dont practically use them right away? What did I waste my money for. I thought they would stack up. Not only that but I'm not even recieving the monthly credits anymore and my subscription is not expired yet. (I see someone else upset bc the app used to have unlimited use for free and they want to try and advertise a useless subscription LOL dont download this app, save your time with a better one

Cannot edit images due to Tokens which I thought might refresh daily. Has huge potential but due to lack of Tokens, uninstalled.
horrible so yes a lot of ads but I take a picture of my document and I see edit enhance portrait deblour I click mostly all of these and the document is still the same nothing has enhanced document it's a colored flyer I don't know what's going on with all these so-called scanner apps and then you have the nerve to ask for an upgrade when the free version is not even delivering
ruined the app - i had given this app 5 stars in 2018 btw
it took my money for ai clip, then said "Network error" and did nothing. where is my money?
The AI removed loose hair where it should but replaced some of it from white pixels from the subjects shirt which really should be the skin. I tried to use the clone feature to grab skin color from right next to it to over lay on the white pixels but the image resets to FULL size when I am ready to paste the skin color which means I can't zoom the image to fine tune the image / get the clone paste on the right spot without impacting other parts of the picture ... F frustrating..
It's really sad how an app I used a lot as a kid to edit any image I saw with effects, text and such is now ruined with the uselessness of generative AI being everywhere. I don't know how bad the situation is now but I stopped using it after the first signs of AI. Very disappointed how almost everyone get to the AI train hype so quickly.

Been using this app for well over a decade....a paid customer I might add. but I just canceled because this "pay to play" is getting out of hand. I already pay to use the app annually so why would you charge customers again i side of the app? And FYI, the features you are charging for are the same features Google Photos does for free....so yeah im done
