I just want to access only the free trial but I'm surprised when google play notified me for a deduction of 1,990 and i was so sad and frustrated because the money on my gcash is for my electric bill. please be more specific and vigilant on the availability of those two services the free trial and the vip yearly because some people s being confused why it is so fast to deduct that kind of amount. if the person only choose trial service please notify the user if the free trial will be ending soon

Very disappointing experience with PhotoGrid. We were told to contact Google Play for the refund, but Google rejected the request and advised us to contact the developer instead. Now we are being passed back again, with no one taking responsibility. The purchase was accidental and the subscription has already been cancelled. The money is really needed, but until now there is still no proper resolution. Please fix this issue and take responsibility instead of passing customers back and forth.

I've had photogrid as an app on my phone for probably close to 15 yrs. Through 7 or 8 different phones, I've always made sure to keep this app downloaded because it never let me down. Until today. A company that gave quality picture grid services for free, is now a shell of its former self. too many ads, & too many features that have been free for years that are now behind a pay wall. You lost sight of who your customer base was. I'm so very disappointed.
I want refound
I was charged ₱1,990 for a transaction I did NOT authorize. No notification, no OTP, and the payment method wasn’t even my GCash account. My refund request was denied without proper investigation. This is very concerning - please fix this issue and improve your security.

Used to love this app but now Ad keep running and force me to install Ad app. Can't close Ad even after watching it more than minutes. It also cut most features out barely can do anything without watching 10 ads. Uninstall
this app is very bad. u should block this app because it automatically debits money to your account. they will give free trial then automatically debit subscription after the free trial. I am asking for a refund because my son accidentally purchased it without my consent but to no avail.. I even emailed the developer but still nothing happens and said that they cannot refund my money.. this app is just a waste of money.. not worth it..

this app stole my money in my account,,I don't know where or how did they get my secret information,,so all of you out there don't try to install this app,,they took 1,990 pesos in my wallet acct.
Used to love this app (very) much but with the new updates, ads appeared everytime an action was taken, and they were minute-long ads. This is frustrating and a waste of time as I just wanted to use a minute to create a thumbnail for YouTube and stuffs, it took me a few minutes just for a simple output. Extremely disappomted. Am now looking for alternatives for photo editing. (Replying to owner: I know the importance of ads to make a company survive, but the frequency was just overwhelming.)

Im experience tha same issues ,same as many others. I was recently detuct to my gcash charged 1990.I dont have an active subcription.I havent trying to request a refund but it always denied. I was not aware of this automatic transaction because that money was my ate' s allowance. Please consider may request . March 21.2026 around 11:30pm 1990.( Photogrid)

This app used to be my go to. Then they put everything good behind a pay wall. Then they added AI. I'm glad they put that behind a paywall tbh because I didn't want to accidentally use it. If you want a solid 10 options to edit, go for it. Sometimes that's all you need. If you want any variety in filters, touch-ups, etc, get something else.
paid for this app and it keep saying "no internet connection" any time I try to use the AI features, on any device, which is the feature I purchased it for. Of course I'm using the internet connection to write this review, so this is an app issue. Happens on both Android phones I use. I have found an annoying workaround which is to turn off data & wifi, then back on, & it will work again for a bit. Then reverts to "no internet connection when using the remove watermark function.
this used to be one of my favorite apps. Now we have to sit through these ads😒😒😒😒🤣
