I WAS ASKING FOR A REFUND AS A HUMAN WHO EARNED THAT MONEY SO HARD BUT ALL I WAS RECEIVING FROM THIS APPLICATION IS THE SAME AUTOMATED REPLY. I AM SO MESSED UP!

Please monitor your free trials and auto-renewals closely. Think twice before subscribing. I hope other users don't experience the same frustration I did.

BAD! This application automatically charged me 1990 pesos for unauthorized autodebit on my Gcash. I email them for a refund and there are no response from them. As I checked many people had experience this from them, please help me refund my money Photogrid. I already emailed you. I need this money. There are no notification or anything from you before you charged us for Php 1990. Even google play cannot process the refund because of this application
I had this app on my phone for years to simply edit photos to fit Instagram's annoying crop restrictions. I took it off for some time and recently reinstalled.....why are there so many paywalls now?? Being forced to add a watermark or pay?!? I've removed it again and won't be installing again, my goodness....if it's not broke, don't fix it.

the app doesn't allow me to cancel my subscription and I was charged although it is a free trial and it doesn't show on my Google play subscription
Photogrid Horrible App! I paid for a year online, and then went to the app, installed and opened it. What a surprise to find out I have a 7 day free trial and then have to pay again for a year. I only receive the same reply from "Contact Us" every time I e-mailed them. I want my money back and warn prospective users to think 5 times before signing up. Horrible, humiliated experience!!!!!!

I love this app, but I need to be able to rotate templates, and navigating internal folders for images could be better. The length of adds is rediculous.
