Il software per creare fotolibri è carino, peccato che poi prendono i soldi ma NON consegnano nessun ordine! Nell'app risulta spedito a un punto vendita, ma dopo UN MESE di verifiche costanti al negozio non è stato consegnato nulla.

I have paid for products but haven't received all of them.....now I hope someone see this bad review and contact me ASAP.
The app doesn't work on my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled it but to no avail. Total fail.

Spedizione persa, supporto via email lento e che risponde da bot. Evito di parlare della "soluzione" che mi hanno proposto.
L'anteprima dei fotolibri non corrisponde minimamente al prodotto finito. Ho mandato in stampa delle foto scattate di notte e ho ricevuto delle nuvole viola. Al controllo qualità dovrebbero accorgersi quando un prodotto è accettabile oppure no. Delusione totale, considerando che PhotoSi mi era stato caldamente consigliato... Edit: la qualità del servizio clienti è calata drasticamente, siete riusciti a rovinarmi la settimana.
Le foto arrivano tagliate di loro iniziativa, teste e facce a metà, mani che mancano, ecc Poi ti dicono di rifare l'ordine inquadrando le foto (quindi tagliare!!); una volta ri-stampate arrivano come prima: tagliate da loro senza criterio..daje!! 500 foto X2 volte buttate!!
No way to stop the notifications! Neither from account or settings. They keep sending emails. Uninstall out of disgust
This is a response to the below comment, I couldn't do it directly. It's a big lie that everything is fine with the delivery. I raised a complaint both with the Italian (hq) and international customer service team. The former said my pack indeed ended up in Dublin instead of Amsterdam and I can expect delivery next week. The latter indicated that I probably see Dublin in the system because the courier is based there. This company is a hot mess, and hence I alter my review from 2 to 1 star.

I don't see why bother with an app if one of the most important things like a delivery address isn't working properly.

Scam. They ask you to go to the app to get 10€ off and then in the app all the prices are inflated by 10€ (compared to the website). Scammers. They tell you the fotobooks would be ready by a date and then they tell you that you have to pay 14,99 to get it that day. Uninstalled immediately.
Impossible to login to the app and impossible to access Google photos from the web

L'app in sé è facilissima da usare, opzioni di stampa e altre preferenze sono facili da trovare. Il problema è la qualità scarsissima del servizio. Le foto sono sgranate, i colori quasi falsati. La prima volta ho pensato fosse colpa della risoluzione delle mie foto, fatte da telefono (anche se la differenza con la stampa era già evidente). Ora ho provato con foto da macchina fotografica e il risultato è analogo...peccato, soldi buttati.

Arrived on time and the case wa beautiful, however the quality of the pictures isn't great, the paper is, so maybe it's the ink they use.
loaded 600 photos. the app gets stuck in "personalise" view with no bar showing any progress. it just loops a loading symbol since hours. i cannot press anything to go back other than closing the app. i lost hours selecting the photos...
Like the service and am a frequent user. But, this app is completely terrifying if you want to work on a project with hundreds of photos over a long period of time. Slow to open and then save photo edits, often loses them. Frequently "loses" contact with photos, meaning your project must be deleted so the order can go through. A nightmare--though I will continue using for lack of real competition here in Italy. Sigh.
20 euros for a phone cover and after 2 weeks it's already ruined with the paint coming out, especially from the edges. Very poor quality.
I tried to create an album from Google Photos but the album edit page crashes, I tried again a few times and then I gave up. A lost of time!
