I would rate this 0 stars. Went for a physio appointment and was told I would be sent exercises. What I got was a link to this app, which the physio omitted to tell me. It's incredibly difficult to use, doesn't properly record or track exercise ,confusing language used, it isn't fit for purpose. And the support team said the app didn't work because my physio didn't put the right information in. I'm deleting the app and will refuse to use in future as I have made an official complaint.

Put the countdown timer back, it worked, it was not broken and your update is NOT an improvement for us. What in the world was the point of it for you? Fail your I/T

I've been trying to cancel this membership for months and cannot get anyone to respond. I'm not and have never been under any physician's care. If I can't rectify this situation I will report this as a fraudulent charge!

it offers to do sets on both sides and then skips the last side for the last set. And it doesn't let you do circuits - you have to do all sets of each exercise in one go. feels quite budget
