i accidentally purchase an order....i ask for a refund and they don't allow to refund my money ....i was really frustrated and furious..why u don't do ur service fair? its simply if ur customer request a refund and do your job to bring their money back ....I really hate your service

Waste of data
terrible subscription. they charge, and it doesn't work the next day. the tips and tricks for getting it to work do nothing. it doesn't refresh like they say it will. I was never able to finish my Christmas cards because customer service did nothing.
I hate this app so much. I've been forced to use it for over 2 years. Images missing, when I copy the missing image to the folder a different picture will disappear. Super sketchy ads that won't close. They take forever before you can continue working. Useless support. Worthless
omg, can you stop with the 2 minute indeed and copilot ads????? Absolutely ridiculous way to try and sell subscriptions for ad free. Switching to another editing app with short ads cuz y'all going crazy saga ads.

annoying changes
I am paying for a monthly subscription to remove watermarks and adds and am still receiving them. There is nobody to contact for help or a refund either.
After over 3 years, I'm changing my review from 4 stars to 1. Why? So... Now they're charging us to save images & no, of course you can't take a screenshot. So on top of some of the backgrounds &,stickers I've paid for going missing; I no longer have a reason to use this app anymore. I've paid for many things over 3+ years & have loved this app, but it's clear PicCollage dosent value long term loyal customers.
30.04.2017. I use it all the time. I bought it cause I like the no watermark feature. It's all you'd need from a collage app. update: 21.02.2026. The app no longer works, I had to uninstall it. Even though I actually paid for it 9+ years ago they apparently changed something and are now asking for me to start paying membership in order to be able to save anything.
I have loved using this app to make collages. I just went to make a collage and realized all the free backgrounds I was previously using are now required to be paid for. Just a bummer to see with no warning.

I've used this app for 6 years and loved it. I started having an issue not being able to print from this app so I uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the issue. It did not work but the watermark I paid to have removed came back. I contacted support and they said there was no record of my payment and that maybe I was logged into the wrong playstore account. I only use one account for Google so I told them that. They are unwilling to fix this. So a over 99 cents purchase they have lost a user.

I liked Piccolage when I was using it but a horrible app to get out of. I have been trying to cancel for 6 months from the VIP membership. I tried to canceling in google but it only lets me pause. I have reached out to the company several times and they tell me to cancel through this secret way in which has been unsuccessful. Still working on it. It should be very easy to cancel and is not. Beware!

0.5fps is enough to lag and then it says 'PicCollage isn't responding and error code -3' when the video froze and then the issue encountered with all lagged.
I've had this app for years and was always my favorite because you could use most of it for free. A few of the colors and templates were premium. Which was okay. logged in 2/27/25 and pretty much everything was premium! There are maybe 3 templates to choose from. it's very sad now that you have to pay to use the app. after 8 years of having it I will be deleting. I don't want to pay yet another subscription

This used to be my favorite app. everything was free.and I could edit my images with no problem my and now I have to pay to edit.. All of my favorite fonts are in the Vip side..I can't always afford the subscription so I have to find an alternative
