I went to the website to see if delivery to my address is available - no such option, download the app. Only after starting the registration process it checked my address and told me no. Would've preferred to not download an app I can't use just to find that out.

Edit: I contacted your support team through Whatsapp. The person answering me was unhelpful, unapologetic and kept on blaming me for the delivery issue without trying to provide a solution. I was keen on trying your service but I obviously won't be buying from you again after spending 50€ and getting nothing.
Worst customer service experience. I had an emergency at my daughter's school and missed the delivery. And now they are asking me to pick from their hub at their mentioned time on a working day from a palce which is 70 mins away from my residence. Going to uninstall this righta away. if they are not considerate about an actual medical emergency. I don't think they deserve to be used anymore.

I was attracted by their ads, in English. Dutch only, in the app 4. the order was 42 euro (due to the complex menu), and they suggested 2 timeslots. I picked up the first one. 2 steps further, at the payment they told me that I can get the chosen timeslot only if I pay 45 euro. I had to go 10 steps back. DISASTER

Picnic is what happens when a company's leaders are chosen based on the singular and shared ambition of appearing very busy. For example, looking thoughtful, perhaps frowning a little, and saying "Hmmm!". Alternatively if you are feeling shy, you could wander around at a brisk pace while carrying your laptop, so people think you are going somewhere important and don't interrupt you. It's hyper-toxic for the actual employees who do actual work though, and I cannot support it

De interface is dus zodanig aangepast dus het nu frustrerend is om mee te werken, we kunnen niet meer dag voor dag zien wat we moeten koken en is het overzicht gewoon minder overzichtelijker. Erg jammer, voor deze aanpassingen namelijk geen probleem gehad.
Driver never came, told they did not find me home. refused redelivery and told me to go 1half hour away to headquarters to get groceries. Gave no refund. Fakely ask to teach out to support, which then disregards me.

Thrice in my last 5 orders has the order been either delayed by days or been missing items. The app is good, and they employ humans at CS which at the surface is good news but they might as well replace them with AI bots because all they tell me is that it's a "technical issue" and then they reschedule the delivery. I have had about 7 calls in the last 4 weeks and why do you even need humans cs for this? Idc about price, and looking into competition if they have a better product but doubtful.

My mother had this app and I'll tell you it was quite annoying for me in my opinion. First of all why does the order have to come a few days after? Not trying to be mean but can't it come faster like flink? And whenever i try playing a game/app these adds come from Picnic and they are irritating and not really tempting. But what i do remember is that when my mom ordered something they couldn't deliver they gave something else like a bag of chips. That's what i remember 🙌🏻🙅🏻♀️
While I have be been enjoying you services for 5 years, I am still waiting for the English language support. Also, please add an MCP option, so I can get my groceries list in with an agent, without wasting the time looking them up, based on my own recipes, not the sad pasta salads you have in the preselected recipes.
