I was attracted by their ads, in English. The reality: 1. you cannot use web interface and your large computer screen 2. yet, the menu is so complicated that I had to order more than 15 items for one dish! 3. language.... Dutch only, in the app 4. the order was 42 euro (due to the complex menu), and they suggested 2 timeslots. I picked up the first one. 2 steps further, at the payment they told me that I can get the chosen timeslot only if I pay 45 euro. I had to go 10 steps back. DISASTER

Picnic is what happens when a company's leaders are chosen based on the singular and shared ambition of appearing very busy. For example, looking thoughtful, perhaps frowning a little, and saying "Hmmm!". Alternatively if you are feeling shy, you could wander around at a brisk pace while carrying your laptop, so people think you are going somewhere important and don't interrupt you. It's hyper-toxic for the actual employees who do actual work though, and I cannot support it

Driver never came, told they did not find me home. refused redelivery and told me to go 1half hour away to headquarters to get groceries. Gave no refund. Fakely ask to teach out to support, which then disregards me.

Ich fand die App so toll, dass ich ihr 5 Sterne gegeben hatte. Könnt Ihr die Enshittification des Menüs Favoriten bitte rückgängig machen?!! Wie kann man eine tolle App dermaßen verhunzen...

It said before the minimum was 40 euro. now 45. and that isn't even the case bc for most times the minimum is 65 euro. Scam
Merkliste fehlt. So ist die App ganz gut, was aber fehlt, ist die Option eine Merkliste zu erstellen. Manchmal möchte ich mir Produkte die z.B. neu in der App sind, oder die ich häufiger bestelle vormerken, aber das ist hier nicht möglich...schade...das ist eine essentialle Funktion in einer Shopping App, die nicht fehlen sollte. Ich hatte vor langer Zeit schon mal den Picnic support diesbezüglich angeschrieben, leider ohne Ergebnis. ich erhielt lediglich die Auskunft, die Option gäbe es nicht
Meer dan genoeg werkers en neemt alleen mensen aan voor proeftijd met vals informatie en dan schoppen ze je eruit alsof niks. Meeste houden ze zich niets eens aan de regels en zet een klant liever op "unable to deliver" dan de boodschappen te bezorger om hun tijd niet te verliezen van 2 uren pauzes. Aan iedereen die meestal hun boodschappen bij de hub moet halen doordat de bezorger het niet heeft bezorgd, de reden was niet omdat ze bij u niet kon aankomen, de reden is omdat ze lui zijn.

My mother had this app and I'll tell you it was quite annoying for me in my opinion. First of all why does the order have to come a few days after? Not trying to be mean but can't it come faster like flink? And whenever i try playing a game/app these adds come from Picnic and they are irritating and not really tempting. But what i do remember is that when my mom ordered something they couldn't deliver they gave something else like a bag of chips. That's what i remember 🙌🏻🙅🏻♀️

No English interface
Picnic was ontzettend goed, maar helaas hoort dat tot het verleden. Ze waren goedkoper dan andere supermarkten, maar zijn nu even duur. Het minimum bezorgbedrag was in het begin 25, nu 45. En ik heb nu voor de tweede keer op een rij vlees ontvangen dat maar liefst een week (!) over de datum is. Dat is echt schandalig!
Older drivers provided a great service. Recent drivers are useless. Can't find their way and keep making phone calls. Most recent one is a liar, claimed nobody was home (we were) and there's no way to get our groceries delivered again, customer service seems to imply that we lose our money if we don't pick it up tomorrow 5km away. Risky service 😡
