this app is not having download option when you click to download option they ask you for subscribe there app and after I have pay to subscription not giving me there benefits

Very disappointed with Picsart’s customer support and refund system. I was charged for a Picsart Pro subscription even though I haven’t actively used the app for months. I immediately canceled the subscription and explained that the purchase was accidental, but my refund requests kept getting declined. I’m just a student, and the money charged was supposed to be part of my monthly allowance. It’s frustrating to see how little consideration is given even after explaining my situation respectfully
It's Auto Debit costs me a lot of money
Had errors on all my videos, but took the credits you get on the free trial anyways. And you gotta pay if you want more credits.
I will suggest not to install this if you can't pay.

Made to pay for some new updates and features twice. did it successfully but the features is not accessible and the payment option keeps popping up repeatedly. Been using the app for a long time, loved it, but this experience is really disheartening. Uninstaller it and never using it again.

DISGUSTING SCAM - REFUND MY MONEY! I am absolutely outraged. You lured me in with a "free trial" only to sneakily charge my card for a full year without a single warning or reminder. This is predatory billing, plain and simple. I have emailed your support multiple times, and your refusal to refund an accidental, unauthorized charge is thievery. • No notification before the trial ended. • No transparency on the yearly commitment. • Zero help from your "support" team.
the ads getting more irritating
The worst editing app out there it is so pay to win basically everything just to edit a picture
I edited my photo for 15 min straight then it told I used things that are in pro so I removed it... then I clicked apply still it should me ads after that I thought it's done ig .... but nope again I clicked apply nothing changed 3 - 4 I did same but it still showed me discard or apply shiiiii

A very good app for creating or editing images... but the ai incorporation was completely unnecessary. Why would anyone use it if the users already love making images on their *own*? its stupid. Apps need to stop incorporating ai just because others are.
Not great, the app is awfully designed.

App keeps force closing, It want let me open any saved projects to finish and everytime when I do edit or create a background etc and I make a change it stops then loads for a good few seconds before I can continue which I find annoying if this is how it is Im not sure I'd bother with the paid version
