prior to my previous raised concern just now I lost 200 in credits. The error on the UI says there will be no deduction but ultimately there is. How it's possible, did the developer not bother to test out these basic things. lots of frustration and unwanted follow ups

very bad application, too many ads, i don't even clicks the ads but suddenly it open to another app that linked to the ads, and i just unistalled.
They auto recharge me without my knowledge, my bank account lost a 1,299 pesos and I'm not even aware. Even though I am reaching out to them, they are not replying. Please cooperate if you want to fix this matter.
you cannot save any of your edits without buying a subscription. its not actually a free app

"Hi, I was recently charged ₱275 even though I don't have an active subscription. I only signed up for a 3-day free trial, and without any notice, the app automatically deducted the amount from my wallet. I've been trying to request a refund, but it keeps getting declined. Same as all of them, I wasn't aware that the subscription would auto-renew. I've sent an email to your email but you wouldn't respond.

Been using Picsart for a few years as a paid subscriber, on a Gold monthly subscription. It was great until this last week when many features stopped working and started asking for additional subscriptions, particularly with AI assisted tools. My paid plan still states I have unlimited access to all AI tools -I guess that's just not true. anymore. very deceptive.

I've used it for casual editing for almost 10 years, but just deinstalled it because too many options are behind a paywall now and the pro version is really not worth it to edit a picture every month or two.

Why does this app keep dragging me into a different website every few SECONDS? Not even minutes. SECONDS. Picsart used to be a free useful tool with an acceptable amount of ads that doesn't disrupt my editing process, but now just by staring at it I get dragged into different websites. Please reduce the amount of invisible ads because this is incredibly ridiculous. Let me edit in peace!!! And don't tell me to get premium because I'M NOT DOING THAT.
update suggestions. Just add ( 1.No data shared with third Party policy . 2. stop / remove Aggressive ( like, cultural, political) Ads and forced pop-ups during editing and 3. add more free tools ....and ... more......
