Worst review ever I hate this app.It didn't detect anything.I put it up to a ladybug , and it said it was a cockroach. ooga Nana. Stick. oh my god no no no no. ohana MI means means family.
"Hey so this insect you identified is very dangerous for humans. Anyways to view information that could save your life you have to pay a subscription!" and so... there's a potentially deadly spider in my bedroom I still don't know what species it is 😁

I got this app and tested it by providing profile/scientific level id pictures of various arachnids from official sources... it got every one of them wrong and even said one with significant venom was relatively harmless. don't waste your money.
Be VERY careful when you do the 'free' trial. If you hit the wrong button, you'll end up with a $30 bill and no chance of a refund. Honestly, just move on to the next one. Unless you like the risk of coughing up $30 without the trial.
Disabling the global Android navigation bar is unacceptable.

Doesn't really tell much about identifying the insect! When I asked it questions it told me to go online? Something I'd already done before trying this app! And Doesn't really say how to get rid of them, like what works, specifically for the type of insect. Very disappointing app, especially for the price! My advice don't pay for this app! Didn't tell me anything I didn't already know!
this thing is trash. try to take a picture and it changes the image to something else

Charged me for an unwanted subscription even though I've declined it multiple times.
I just installed to identify a spider. In red bold print, it says the spider is dangerous to humans and pets. However, you can't click it unless you pay. So I looked it up online. It is not dangerous at all. I'm going to uninstall because that's just unreliable in a bad way.
When I downloaded it under the 7-day trial, it said I could cancel it on Google Play, but I cannot find a link to the function.

This app used to give you a lot of info about an insect but not every little detail, unless you payed. Now it gives you hardly nothing about the insect and when you click on more it wants you to pay to unlock info it used to give for free.
This site is either in its early stages of development or as an absolute joke And there's no way to delete your account And I wrote email after email to try to get them To delete my account so I would not be charged and I did that within A couple of days of trying the app out And they still charge me . what kind of Bs Is going on here. Now you're getting sued And I'm going to report to many different agencies Intent To screw you like you did me
I canceled the App and it still charged me.
app worked great identifying the bug I was looking at. The app was a 7 day free trial. After I used it for one day, I tried to cancel it but I kept getting an error message or try again later. It said it would be $1.50 if I didnt cancel , so I just gave up. After 7 days I was charged $29.99. Im still unable to dispute the charge.
the app free trial didn't get my cancelation and it changed me the full subscription I want a refund.
I try to pictures to entamoligist at uga .for help bc I am invested and need help.you will not allow me to forward any pictures. I have hired 2 bug company's only to be left with no help. terminex is just a sales machine. not service .160.00 a month they still have not been here to help me.

terrible at species level identification, thinks all millipedes are the same species (despite there being something like 16 orders of the thing).
