Charged me for an unwanted subscription even though I've declined it multiple times.
I just installed to identify a spider. In red bold print, it says the spider is dangerous to humans and pets. However, you can't click it unless you pay. So I looked it up online. It is not dangerous at all. I'm going to uninstall because that's just unreliable in a bad way.
When I downloaded it under the 7-day trial, it said I could cancel it on Google Play, but I cannot find a link to the function.

I canceled the App and it still charged me.
app worked great identifying the bug I was looking at. The app was a 7 day free trial. After I used it for one day, I tried to cancel it but I kept getting an error message or try again later. It said it would be $1.50 if I didnt cancel , so I just gave up. After 7 days I was charged $29.99. Im still unable to dispute the charge.

I try to pictures to entamoligist at uga .for help bc I am invested and need help.you will not allow me to forward any pictures. I have hired 2 bug company's only to be left with no help. terminex is just a sales machine. not service .160.00 a month they still have not been here to help me.

I liked the app, got the annual subscription. I got a new phone and now I can't log in, and it wont recognize my email to try to change password.

if you can work around the ads, and it's not making you rewatch due to highly suspect 'error cannot access gallery' ... it will offer a different response each time, and only detects to to Wikipedia for Vague info
"Free App" for 7 days, then $29.99.
If you change phones good luck. It does not recognize the change, and the help is out of date. Best to just cancel I emailed support but got no response; I cancelled but they will not refund, so I am paying until July for an app that I can no longer access. Horrible customer service. But they do make comments online.
It says there's a free trial but you have to input a payment method that ticks over automatically after 7 days. It's more trap than trial. I didn't even get to try the app out unfortunately. Uninstalled.
App is not actually free, opening after download immediately shows a subscription based service.
I love that I deleted this app and canceled free 7 day subscription same day because I realized I didnt need it but saw that it charged me $33 dollars???
I attempted to use the trial, but I did not click or confirm any subscription. However, an amount of ₱1,700 was still charged automatically. I did not authorize this payment, as I only wanted to access the trial.
[T.L.D.R.]: App cannot identify most species.(gets them wrong). (full review below). With this app, I was charged $30.00. I also had multiple charges (unrelated), because my identity was stolen.(phone/wallet/purse/ECT.) I tried contacting Google, through the play store and everything. They would not refund my money. Even though I told them I did not authorize this charge. Because now I'm stuck with that year's subscription.... I tried using it. The app is very limited to what it can do.
This is making my picture blurry and my camera aint even blurry THE APP IS MAKING IT to be honest do not download this if you dont want 100 takes for a stupid insect thank you

terrible at species level identification, thinks all millipedes are the same species (despite there being something like 16 orders of the thing).
fun idea for quick info...but Google has a similar camera feature with a much bigger data base so if you're looking for a odd species you might have better luck there.
I cannot uninstall it. I'm having to figure out instructions from the internet about how to get this app uninstalled from my phone.
this doesn't even work i took a picture of a brown spider but it says that it is a ant or a black widow
