It also will charge for an entire year at once, so if you decide a couple of months in that it's not usefu, too bad. l I did not subscribe and immediately deleted it. I refuse to subscribe to something sight unseen.
They took a payment when I cancelled and I have a screenshot to show it should not have been taken.
hidden pay, just the instalation is free, everything that you want to to with the app you have to pay, even first use, just to activate the trial you have to add your payment info! not cool.
They don't make it easy to stop the subscription. I'll give it more stars if someone will help me. It was nice to use, but my son outgrew his interest. Help!

havnt got passed the trial yet. wants a card number for some reason. but supposed to be free for first seven days. should be an option to use app for seven days for free , then no longer able to use it until you register a card number. who knows if your gonna sell our info or not. build trust first as an app. don't just do what every other app is doing. so many kids without a debit card who could be using this. closed the door on a possible 30 dollars a month for many

people can't cancel trial. it doesn't appear in your Google play store subscriptions, then you are charged $43 BAD BUSINESS

Not Free! You get a 7 day free trial than its 39.99 a year. There are no options around this regardless of what others are saying. I already have this type of app that wants to charge me, I might as well keep what I have.

this claims to be a FREE add, yet when you open it it wants money. I think there's nothing worse than falsifying adds to de fraud people

It's a disgrace. Does not provide you with real feedback about your plants, and wants to charge you money for info that you could find on Wikipedia. Seriously, do not spend a minute on this.

this site is very good for plant's ect but it is very hard to get logged in it keeps wanting to take you to the 7 day free bit brilliant otherwise.

I just installed this. It correctly identified two plants, a desert rose and a yucca. I found the"care" information vague, adding nothing to common sense intuition. Having just read multiple reviews, I am already very concerned about being able to cancel this within my seven day trial... and honestly feel like I've naively allowed for a $40 charge, as designed. Hopefully I'm wrong. All the negative reviews aren't sitting well. Now here comes the reply, advising contact with support email.
I've had this for years and loved it until today. I mistakenly deleted many plants from my new phone, and now they're gone from my new phone and tablet. But it's still on my old phone. How do I recover them?
I have tomato plants, according too this app, I must water them every 16 days, this is infact incorrect as the plants need water EVERY DAY and if left for 16 days, would perish..
