needs improvements and more free space and be more free friendly
just read the new terms and conditions, and are you kidding? it's already bad enough we don't get to view videos after our storage data went over 6gb and now you're preventing us to download them? on top of that you're deleting the files that we've saved on our account? good luck now everyone's going to leave this app for sure, and you'll get less money from the ads now, pretty smart.

Terrible. I can't open any video or audio, and can't download any file, even the connection is good, and the file can be downloaded on windows normally.

I purchased premium, my suggest is the worst app. because magnet Link can't download or its stuck. download speed after premium very slow for example 5gp taking 3 hours or stuck. there is no customer service. if join telegram customer support team. they block & remove from the telegram group. there is no customer support and worst behaviour removing group purchased premium user treated very badly. please don't use this app totally waste of time & money.
they did every little thing shamelessly to earn money and even blocked your download speed to get paid and tagged it premium. just saw you can download only 1 at a time for more than 1 download basic parallel download is premium in this app omg how shameless.
storage expansion subscription must be available monthly too. Not recommended.

worst among cloud storage apps, even google gives you free 15 gb storage, but here only 6 gb for free users... If you don't want to transfer your files online then it would be a lot better to purchase any good external storage drive than this... There are other different limitations as well. Even mega is a lot better than this...

I was unable to sign in after the last update. This message "internal error" kept appearing.
Previously there was a option to speed up download for 1 min after viewing ads. Now it's not there shame on you
only prime user can unzipped files. who ever made this needs to check their brain

terrible app, false advertising, you're meant to get 5 free downloads before you have to pay but this app doesn't let you do that. would give less then 1 star if it was possible. worst storage app I've ever come across.

utter time and money waste, clickbait filth. i have 190 Gb of rar files and not enough internet to download them and this dumb app can't even open rar folders although the stupid option is present. just another vile scam app that keeps increasing its money to scam 3rd world people. dont waste your time.

I am paying ₹500 per month for this app, but the video player experience is very poor. I frequently face issues where subtitles do not sync properly, sometimes do not appear at all, and the video glitches during playback. These problems seriously affect the viewing experience, especially for a paid subscription. Please fix the video player and subtitle handling as soon as possible, because paying users expect a stable and reliable experience.
Pls add torrent magnet capturing options in Tv app too, currently it is not available in TV app. That could be a very good option to have. In Tv app you cannot add a torrent file.
can't even copy the magnet link if the transfer from the magnet is folder instead of file like the source of course it's from magnet link not cloud download
All premium benefits are needed to have a good time using the app
There are two major issue with the app first is the upload doesn't follow the chronology by which you're uploading it. Secondly upload is getting repeating. For ex if I upload 10 files it's showing 15. Some of which are duplicates. Please fix these major bugs.
Does PikPak referell system working? or it's a scam. you don't reply to emails
