I don't know, but it is automatically subscribing to your apps if we linked our account with your app. I am not using it. Can I please get a refund? that is 1 year of subscribing and I did not even use it. 4700 is a big amount also. You deducted automatically a 1 year subscription and you don't even ask the client.

I recently subscribed to your app, but I mistakenly ended up purchasing the yearly plan. I believed I had selected the 7-day free trial; however, ₹820 was charged to my account, and auto-renewal has also been enabled. I have been trying to cancel the subscription, but I am unable to find any option to do so within the app. Could you please let me know if there is any alternative way to cancel the subscription? I would also appreciate it if you could advise whether a refund is possible in this
