would be a great app if it worked half the time. freezes when you go to pay for parking. freezes or crashes when you try to book a shower.

whoever designed this app should be fired. I can never reserve parking because the dumb thing says it's not time yet. also very glitchy trying to reserve any showers, it took me an hour to get the dumb app to work today just to take a shower. ridiculous.
this app hasn't tracked any of my fuel points this month. when I asked and worker they confirmed it's been an issue for most of the drivers and they belive that the app is down. the only reason I fuel here is to get points. I could just as easily get it at the hub.
So any time I need to us the app, I have to uninstall it, reinstall it, log in, get the email code, then I can use the app. I can use the app exactly ONE time before I have to redo the process. Ruining a decent app.

It's always going out.... you have to keep downloading and un-installing it just for it to work.

each update the app has increasingly more bugs. It's to the point where every time I want to pay with the app I have to clear the data and cache for my phone, and login again. nothing in the app updates either unless I do that. completely broken on my s24 ultra as of recently

I've been using the Pilot Flying J app for a while, and unfortunately the experience has become increasingly frustrating. The app is supposed to make life easier for drivers, but many of the features either don't work consistently or have become difficult to use. My biggest issue is mobile fueling. There are times when fueling simply doesn't work even though everything is set up correctly. I also have problems reserving showers, and the app often fails to show accurate information.

this app is now useless. completely useless. it doesn't do ANYTHING the driver needs it for. reserve a parking spot? nope. and the stores won't let you do it over the phone either which means you aren't parking here if it's late. can't reserve a shower anymore either. can't input code for points. literally every single basic function of the app is broken. as well as customer service help line doesn't seem to want to answer. I'm soo wore out with P/FJ. they've been trash for 15 years.

Recent update tanked the app's functionality. for over a month now my points haven't been updating in the app, saved payment cards won't load in the app, and offers for deals and rewards have either been disappearing or outright not loading. The app used to run well and has done so since I first started using it, but the last month has been so broken it's completely unusable. Even deleting and reinstalling hasn't fixed it.

The app is ALWAYS broken. It never let's me use it for showers and half the time doesn't give me shower credits after I fuel. Does the store that I fuel at reconcile the issue? Nope. They just say I have no credits and require me to pay the full amount for a shower. Pilot/Flying J is the worst experience across the country.

2026, fueling from the phone option is corrupted. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to be able to activate a pump from the app. The login process pisses me off. To many steps in logging in. I hate your app. I only fuel here because my company forces me to fuel here. I would choose Love's Travel Stop if I was an owner operator. Not that my opinion much matters anyway.
After required update, took 4 minutes to find the location to enable fueling at pump, with other pistoffed drivers asking why I was just sitting in fuel lane, took 22 minutes to get 150 gallons. In other words your going downhill pilot like Kmart and many others. I'm at a pilot with 16 showers 🚿 and there is always an available shower. App was down because of your required update, so I had to stay in line. Next had to wait 10 minutes for tv to display # with plenty of empty showers. Really???
I don't know what happened to this app's functionality. But it throws errors any time you try to use mobile fueling or reserve a shower. And I have only been able to view a few of the rewards deals. I have deleted and re-downloaded this app 3 times. Not happy with this app any more. Deleted it for the last time. Not using it again.
wont work to reserve a shower, wont work to fuel. app is useless. was working fine before you all changed it
this week's error is. can't pay with your fuel card. can't enter another payment card. and two screens the inner button doesn't work on. And now it won't select use the app to reserve a shower. it's only good to check points.
After they updated this app it is now complete garbage. None of the functions work. Fuel pay doesn't work, or reserve shower. It's really too bad, because the app used to be convenient.
