the app is having way to many issues
The recent update made some things better and some things worse. Why can we not pay for showers directly in the app the way we can for Love's? That seems like something that shoulda been a no-brainer for the update. Also, if I don't have any credits why can I not at least see how many are in line ahead of me before I schlep inside?
Have to log in EVERY TIME I use it and then still get prompted for my fingerprint. Half the time I still end up using my cards at the pump because it prompts me to start over, then when I do it says start over again. Should've left it as the previous version before the new face-lift. I rarely had problems before this version. Now it sucks. It's actually faster to just use the cards directly at the pump.

What's the point of this app if it's malfunctioning 80% of the time? It doesn't need updating. It needs a complete overhaul. Problems you'll encounter:points not being awarded, not being able to identify the Pilot/FJ you're at, not being able to access fuel card info(over two weeks now), using the food ordering feature-it doesn't honor specials, etc. It has had problems, consistently, since the launch. Other truck stop apps don't have these issues, fuel there instead.
App malfunctons as I can't sign on or access rewards. All advice provided by support people has been useless, and they don't seem in a hurry to fix the problem. I understand this malfunction is a common occurrence. For me, this has been going on for 3 months and 3 complaints . They are in no hurry to fix the problem and will not provide a timtable to do so.

the last update is awful
hate having to sign in and can't remember password and had biometrics set up not working and miss the old app. This one takes too long to load up station locations when pressing find. Also, always having to get a code emailed and check email then go back to sign in code becomes invalid for leaving page. Your app sucks and I no longer want to fill up there anymore so very frustrating ugh!
they really just out here making it worse more cumbersome bloated non working garbage

POS app. it's literally lipstick on a pig. it still randomly loses the store location halfway through getting through all the prompts it brings up to just set up fueling on truck lanes.

0 Stars THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIX IT, DELETE THE LAST UPDATE!!!!!!!!!! New update is AWFUL all around. It is not user friendly. Mobile fueling, have to reenter my info, most times it states that mobile fueling isn't available. Shower reservations always shows 1 ahead, as a driver I am on a schedule and not sure how long I have to wait.
as a driver, I love Pilot app, when it works its such a time saver and convenience, but it hasn't been working lately (April 2026) CORPORATION LIKE PILOT SHOULD BE ABLE TO AFFORD GREAT TECH SUPPORT, FIX YOUR APP, PLEASE!!!!!!!
that new update is completely garbage, is even slower and is not my service, not the right points or showers harder to setup pump. I guess I'm not going to fuel with you anymore, loves and TA and the rest are just fine, thanks it was a pleasure meeting you.
I do not understand how this app has five stars or how anybody rates it more than one.It should be like negative ten. Every time I go to use it, it doesn't work. I have to reinstall it. Wait for some variation code never works on my phone. Always has to use my tablet on and on and on and on. Every single time every single time i understand there's a lot of people.Using it at the same time, maybe that's the problem.Maybe you guys should buy more software or programming or data to make right
So its been over a month since I wrote my review, today I'm adding... Are you having difficulty restaffing the I.T. Department with qualified app designers that can put together a working app for the 1000's of drivers that want a working app? Are you going to continue to ignore everyone saying your IT has made this app unusable? You can't plan a route to find locations, can't search locations down the road, it only gives you one near current location. Can't pay using app.
STILLLLLL GARBAGE ........!!!!!! You all need to work the bugs out of your app. Its GARBAGE crashes way to often Yal had ONE job. you giveth and you taketh away. it finally register my location and now it kicks you out and then tells you you have to way 24 hours to try again because your app doesn't work right. and can we talk about how you can't use the internet under the fueling canapy....I have to stop 20 feet before the canopy to load this dreadful app, and god forbid it kicks me out ☠️
I can sometimes get fuel and now I can't get parking reservations whatever yall are doing to the app stop or hurry up an fix it

this app doesn't work 99 percent of the time.bring back the old versions. *update* just tried putting my credit card on the app. it prompted there was a mistake and to try again. so I did that like 5 times now I can't use my credit card at any of the pilots or flying jay locations. I called customer service they state they will look into it but that I should have tried puttingy card on the app for more than 3 times or I would get locked out. NOWHERE IN THE APP DID IT INDICATE THAT WOULD HAPPEN.
This new version has too many issues. doesn't show exactly how many points I have and the push for points tier doesn't move up anymore. overall bad experience. the old version worked great

(what's with the clip art?) the shower reservations are just giving me "null" across everything and it holds on to the code from my last reservation like it's new. Like... I'm sure the backend is all about stealing more of our information and is infinitely better than the previous versions... but could you please get the stuff right that all that stolen info is paying for? Please? *edit - it's actually getting worse
issues with fuel portion. it's always down. They should get with Love's, never have problems with their app.
why does the shower sometimes kick back to reserve again when you already reserved a shower and why doesnt it show in transaction history so when it happens we can show a cashier that we did reserve one but the app malfunctioned

This so called new website app you folks done jacked up here is TRASH! Y'ALL Should have left things alone. This app halfway works right! It has been said about the showers, the fueling etc this app will restart itself! Since this update i haven't seen any of my points at all! U call customer service they can't never do anything are fix anything to make it right! Since this new so called update i have been locked out and blocked from my shower account!

app sucks it used to work good until they upgraded it now I can't get it to working at all tried uninstalling it reinstalling it tried everything the old version worked fine there's no way they could have a 4.6 rating there's not that many happy drivers about in changing to this new upgrade it's supposed to improve the thing but it didn't it did not get the hint and do something about it pilot
mobile fueling doesn't work, points not showing right, was working fine what happened?
app is trash. it refuses to add card to it. constantly getting, "oops something went wrong." ya I know what went wrong. I installed the app on my phone. update: given pilot many chances to fix an issue attaching a comdata fuel card to app to make life easier. Failed again. done with this company. from here on our Loves or TA. less stress and easy to work with.
after the update the quality has gone bad
not very good if I can't login. reset password multiple times, still can't login.
If it actually works, it's a great app. Sadly, it's a tossup whether or not it will. It's awesome when it does, but 3/5 times I'm either having to use the card reader at the pump or go inside, then you might not get your points for the transaction when it does work. Been a couple of times I've had to file for missed points. I've not been getting my ten cents off when fueling, even though it acknowledges my card.

I'm gonna write completely new review. My last one was 2 star, now it's 1 star. New app is just horrible, very imconvinient and not a friendly interface. Why would you change it completely and didn't ask any driver?? Do you do it for yourself or for us?? Please get back alf design!
