The app was okay before but restricting half the profiles to paid members is such a stupid move. There's so many free dating apps, this is a great way to kill your user base.

I reached out to customer support for help, sent out 5 emails and after a month there's still no response from them. whenever I send out a message, it keeps refreshing to 24 hours. and my message doesn't even get sent out.

Let me set up account added a picture In formation and then sent me to login screen I did the email code. Still repeats it self back to login screen. Think the app is broken!! Waste of time avoid

Not Good App. Protect your photos everyone. I tried to verified my account but during waiting time the app crashed and log me out then I can't log in no more and I'm Banned. I had 3 accounts that also experienced this Unexplained banned with my photos and account still in there program. They aren't answering help email too.
I had an account and one day it was just randomly blocked for no reason. I've reached out to the help email. It's been over a month and no reply. Useless support team.
