Dear PinaLove Support Team, I hope you are well. My PinaLove account was accidentally deleted by my nephew. However, my premium subscription is still active through Google Play. As shown in the attached screenshot, Google Play still shows an active PinaLove Premium Membership and the next payment of ₹1,401.03 is scheduled for 24 May 2026. I can't log in
Absolutely chock full of lady scammers with no easy way to report them. Woke up this morning and my profile was COMPLETELY deleted. Text, photos, everything. Apparently I was searching for Transgenders, unable to change that to Women. This app needs some serious debugging.
In the beginning this apps is nice till now that I can't open just sadly log out my account.I tried to log in again and nothing happened so suck and disappointing of this apps.
current version needs updates. can't login or get past the intro screen. have tried re-installing, clear cache, etc. gotta wait for an update i guess

won't let you delete your account or deactivate your account just says contact Us won't let you remove anything can't remove your pictures close or deactivate surprised they even let you delete of your device
i have been having problem verify my account it is not letting me to verify my account and I don't know what to do.i was thinking of deleting the app but it has a lot of great reviews
scumbag company, you pay for premium but get nothing in return, Locked behind verifying photos with AI sucking up every photo of you and disapproving it. it uploaded the exact identical photo 3 times and it's denied. I tried with various other but it won't allow me. it's now been over 3 hours. this app is full of scammers, prostitutes, AI software to replicate your identity( they even ask for you voice, how sick is that) and beggars stay far, far away.
As soon i created my account it was closed immediately. I cannot open it. Im Pilipina. I keep on log in but i cannot open it,it closed everytime i put the code to log in. My old account was banned too for no reason thats why i created a new one.

Whats the point of having a dating app when you cant even message someone? The app description says that there is a 10 minute timer between messages but the moment I messaged someone, I got a timer of 24 hours and my message wasnt even delivered. Please fix it asap
i really loved this app, but it somehow blocked my account without any valid reason and there is no reply from their support team on email.
i'll give 1 star. because this app has an issue, i was verifying my profile then after i verified my profile it suddenly got log out and now i can't log in back i tried to log in 3 times but still cant get to log in my account it sucks

LIMITATIONS IS KRAY
Broken. Looses data, photos, etcetra. This is a recent and sudden change as of February 2026. Before it worked fine, now it's full of bugs. UPDATE: March, now it doesn't work at all. Can't get logged in anymore.

freshly downloaded and while I am my completing my profile. I am finished writing the description but I can't go any further. I tried doing the back button. nothing closing the program, nothing. if this is what it's going to be like on this app then maybe it's not for me
