Remove the stupid redirect ad ffs
Any time I open this app, my phone start heating heavily. I don't have that issue with any other apps.
The redirects to ads and scams makes the scrolling to discover artist experience unpleasant. The new ad window on the bottom of the screen is one thing, but it's too big, making it even more difficult to navigate
Advert implementation is botched. The ad while playing attempts to open browser on multiple occasions and within the 5s video ad, and another 5s static ad. Timer doesn't countdown if you got redirected to the browser. It took me 13-17secs for a 10secs total ad time due to this. Update: Now the Shopee and Lazada ad just straight up opens the app non-stop, even when you didn't click on it. The app become unbearable and I guess its intentional to make user uninstall for good.

Atrociously annoying fullscreen ads. Ads that have fake close buttons, ads that redirect you to shopping apps constantly even after you close them and open pixiv again, ads that redirect you to dodgy websites. Use the web browser, don't bother with this hot garbage
lacks basic features unless paid for, also doesnt respect ai settings and will show you slop no matter what
The pop up ads in app are so annoying! It will literally divert from the app and open another app! isn't this a security concern??

it was better. then suddenly it started redirecting to shopee ads, but the shopee user is banned. sadge
lately I can't even use the app, it just sends me off the add direct app, everytime I go back I got send off again. it's like the app is designed not to be used

Its hard to enjoy a nice art without being abruptly interrupted to another app and trying to close that app to go back to pixiv

Who in their right mind designed this app to open full screen, phishing advertisements?? This app was good at one point, but now it's just adware. you'd be better off using the web client with adblock
Worst app ever,I can't read the novels because they don't make sense and the message tool doesn't work plus there is one of my haters named @Lord-Enemil who was mean to me and he also made an inappropriate "Animator Vs Animation" Post I hate this app!

Full screen ads pop up randomly with no way to close them and no indication how long they will run, and which redirect to some really shady websites. I've had to force close the app multiple times because of this because there is no other way to move past the ad.

Did the app get hacked or something? Have used the pixiv site for years to browse fanart, but now the app does nothing but display scam ads. Ads in themselves are not bad, but full screen invasive ads that redirect you to scams is awful.
Constantly get disruptive and deceptive ads that open outside the app in my web browser. Perhaps considering releasing an update that does not violate Google Play Store policy and put your users at risk?

i gonna put one star until you truly managed to handle ai generated slop and properly ultilize your useless "Display settings for AI-generated work" setting cause it is so useless some scum ai slop maker still can slip through it, what a useless setting
This is probably the worst optimized app on the Play Store! Things don't load to a point where you'll think you've lost connection, but it's just the app not loading stuff. Videos? forget it! And charging to sort by popular? Terrible idea.
constant scam ads while browsing app that pop-out to external browser, which is a violation of Google Play policies.
Doesn't allow us to view private DMs and for the website it doesn't even allow us to delete the DMs that we don't want. Seriously horrible app/website. Let alone that they allow all kind of things to exist with zero morals.

smooth browse, but not as convenient as website version
I have been using the app for years, and it's a great way to keep up with artists you're interested in, but the last update has nearly ruined it for me. it now has intrusive pop-up ads. idk if this is exclusive to the mobile app, and I'm very close to just uninstalling it if the ad situation doesn't get worked out.
