Disappointing. Really UNintuitive app. It's frustrating to add pics and the price isn't shown until the end. Once i was finally done, the app said error when i tried to pay.
This is the worst Photo Book app! It has taken me 1 month to put my photo book together for my daughters 18th birthday and had ordered it 6 weeks beforehand! It never was delivered!! I have written to customer service now 3 times to ask where my photo book is. No response except the automatic response that they will respond in 1 or 2 days !! I'm still waiting after weeks of trying to get in touch! They did take my money alright of 64€! Don't waste your time and money on this company !!

The app installs fine. But it cant register. Ik keeps showing an error everytime i retry
Only expensive book options available, no soft cover books, also cost is not transparent, couldn't find any price info except the "starting from", what about adding pages, how many pages are included etc. Strategy seems to be to have people invest a lot of time designing a product without knowing how much they'll have to pay in the end a then hope they'll pay it because they spent a lot of time already creating sth. It's not even mentioned in the faq?

when entering the voucher code for discount the app gave an error. only without entering the code I could proceed to make the payment.
payment does not work. Ideal page is wrong and not trusted by bank. PayPal is unable to login, because process gets reset by app. I'd recommend using site..
They didn't allow me to get the 10 £ discount
Tried sharing photos from G Photos via share button. Pixum doesn't support it. Tried selecting favourite photos in G photos. Pixum or G photos doesn't support it. Tried creating an Album called "print" in G photos, added my pictures in there, went to Pixum to select that album, but that Album doesn't show up. Tried adding photos I want to an already existing Album in Google Photos, that worked. Tried signing up. Keep getting message "something went wrong". I'd write more, but review limit

When i started to create photo albums app get me out. I can't do further
I spent over an hour creating a really nice photobook for my mum and when I wanted to check out, it hung up. I tried to order it 10 times but I never get beyond the "processing your order" message. Waste of time. Will search for a better service.
Horrible UI experience. Cannot be recomended. Customer service team is confused about funcionality, and the webpage and app does not allow you to check out an order started on another device.
I have used Pixum for years and recently discovered the app. Unfortunately I can't create a book in the small size to match all my others so I guess I'll be looking at other companies 🙁
During the course of a simple transaction, this company bombarded me with spam, amounting to over 30 emails. I would never use them again and suggest you don't either. Ich habe keine Zeit für solche Spielen
Too complicated for me, gave it permission to access gallery/Google photos, but when using app it can only find a few from gallery/Google photos. This is the 3rd app for creating photo books. Going to forget about it. Have u installed this one as well.
I have not found any options to check the addresses you've sent cards to in the past. they just show the billing address of the order.
Not Just Pixum but all the online photo album editors need to upgrade their software for android. I work on a Chromebook and it is really hard work to create a costumized album. Much harder than on a windows run system. It took me days to get it done. After trying 3 editors I've managed (just) with Pixum.

I was looking forward to using this app again for Christmas presents, unfortunately it's not meant to be. I can't access recently edited photos to upload to the app, and now I don't have the option to pay by invoice or immediate transfer. Taking away those payment options will loose a lot of business in Germany, where many don't do credit cards or have PayPal accounts.
Sends unwanted notifications and calendar language can't be changed. I am trying to make a calendar for my grand parents who don't speak English.
Can't buy more than one product at a time
Does not give me the option to order multiple photo books in one order. Resulting in having to pay delivery charge for each book. I have created 6 photo books in the projects section but it only allows me to check out individually. How can I order them all together with only 1 delivery charge?
