Trying to redeem these guys offers on the app and it always comes back as error and never processors... Why advertise deals that customers cant collect... Dominos it is...

Turned on notifications to get notified when pizza is arriving. That doesn't happen. Driver marks it as delivered before he even arrives. Only notifications I get are the daily advertisements which cannot be turned off if you want tracking. Useless app.

it lies about free pizza it's not free if you have to buy something because saying spin and win a free pizza all you should need to do is spin the wheel

The app is useless. It won't let me sign in.
Every week I go to use the app, and every week there's an update to download, spammy popups to dismiss, I have to log in again, wait for a 2FA code to land in my email, dismiss more spammy popups, restart the app because the spammy popups crashed it, then try to navigate back to my account history all so I can just place my regular order. It's quicker to call.
Just in a forever loading screen. delete download again all the same.
don't have a store near that delivers but uber does. will just get dominos. 2 yrs later same thing.

Barely functional. Requires 2-factor login with email everytime you open it. Has an option for biometric login that doesn't work. Super laggy and frequently gets stuck in loops. Opens links in a web browser that then tells you to go the app.
always have to login, and difficult asf to request a refund....also the spin the wheel thing is scripted to always land on "no win" lol. Just take that spin the wheel thing off if no one is going to win anything

The Authentication with Biometrics doesn't work. Only login with an email or PayPal Account work.

Trashy app, made me decide to not order pizza. All the menu sifting and absurd surcharges. Pathetic really.

someone allegedly picked my PRE-PAID order, before it was meant to be ready (I was 5 mins early and was too late) and the store had no record of the order... what the actual f is wrong with your systems?
Firstly, this app is horrendously bad. it forces you to log in with email and password every time you use it - who does that in 2025? let people stay signed in or at the very LEAST set up a 4 digit pin for easy access. Secondly, it shows you push notifications for deals, you open the app and they're nowhere to be seen. vanished. Thirdly, the menu buttons don't even take you to their corresponding sections. i press wings it takes me to drinks. who made this junk app honestly? it's broken.
The franchise near us is the mist disguting unhygenic rubbish pizza singke handedly mad eus never ever buy pizza again. Dont waste your money and time with pizza hut, their app is rubbish too.

Web page pretending to be an app. Doesn't hold auth, and tries to tell me to download the "app" that it is already running.
This app doesn't work. Your order will not make it to the stores correctly. I've had a pizza deal transform into a tub of ice cream, and another that apparently showed as a pizza with all toppings removed. Just use the website, as that actually works.

Forcing apps onto your customers to get discounts is an poor move.
i hate it because everytime you login when you restart the app or when thwre is no i internet, always i see session expired notice.... why is there no remember me feature login

Installed to find the whole app is pointless as it shows the only 2 Pizza Huts in Adelaide are 30mins+ away from us. Will stick to Dominos which is 5 mins away.
the app is so slow to load that I always debate whether to get Domino's instead but I always get pizza hut because at least they have better tasting pizza and I have problem with the app telling that there has been an error when I go to Finnish my order and it removes all the item I have selected form my order
Terrible. Requires new users to already have an existing account in order to receive the email to verify a new account.
