I don't use stupid food apps like this one. PH website forces you to be sent a link every time you want to log in. Take 5 minutes and fix that garbage nonsense. Also, go back to your original $5 deal.

absolute scam. order wont process unless at least 10% tip is selected. Will not be ordering from pizza hut at all, let alone using the app.
BOGO sent me a tiny (50% smaller) pizza for the second one. Maybe the franchise owner told staff to do so. No response from support. Hard to get any support, they actually have you click the country, the location it was sent from(I don't know it's delivery), exact date and time. I used website and app. Avoid.
The stupidest app that I ever used. Cannot find any buttons to place an order.

Would not load half of the information and would also not let me complete my order. I have ordered on here before but now it says my address does not exist. You have lost my business as a result of the poor app quality and functionality.
using the app is an absolute miserable experience. even when I try to use the contact us feature to submit feedback, the page crashes. it resets orders, repeats orders, duplicates orders. I've had calls if i really want a second order of what I submitted. I've had multiple charges for orders even though I submit the order once. edit: wouldn't save my card info either. most likely to charge me the extra fee to pay at the door
I had some points in my account. I moved to new city where there are two pizza hut locations, but they say they can't deliver because my new address is apparently too far?? Really?? in the city?? I'm disabled, I can't go and pick it up. Plus, my points have been erased!! I'm back down to "0" I'm really PO!! Account and app deleted.

The app *generally* works alright, but if I try to actually use my points for a free pizza, there's a convenient error that pops up. Until they fix that, I guess I'll be ordering from somewhere else.
Completely broken app, constant errors, backspace deletes your whole order, unable to make custom pizza. Just remove this from the app store or *try* to work on it at all.
It's so buggy. Literally unusable most of the time. Not letting you order or add payment methods. Not adding items to the cart. It's so frustrating! Such a pathetic excuse for an app. Save yourself the trouble and use the website.
It bugs: I'm trying to connect to the app, it sends me a weblink to my email, I click on that and it sends me to the same screen in the app.
Utterly useless. I can't even log into the app to make full use of its features. If only I could just enter a password and be done, instead of needing to jump through a half-dozen hoops that doesn't even get me where I want to be...
Fix the app! When you try to log in to your account it prompts you to send a link to your email to get into your account. Then when that link arrives in your email box and you click on it, a white screen appears instead of going directly to the app with a message to click on the redirect if not working. Click on that "redirect" and nothing happens.

The app experience was so poor. I was placing an order, and the card information did not register properly. Every single time it reset, the values I had selected, causing me to give more tip than I wanted to, in comparison to my custom tip. In addition, resolving this was not straightforward. I had to leave the app, go on a website, and search for the store. It turns out that website does not work properly. So I had to open Google Maps and find the store to ask them to fix it.
App is broken and I'm on the most recent version. When I try adding an item to my cart I get a never ending loading circle.
They need to fix delivery zone. Sent numerous messages but nothing. Neighbours in front can get food delivered but not me.

Payment processing doesn't work. Contact us on website assumes an order was made and is an extensively long process that doesn't make sense. The programmers of pizza hut need to get their stuff together

broken app, I installed it for the 50% off discount but it won't offer it, it just teases a Babar saying it does.

Terrible updates lately. Tried to use points for a free pizza, but I couldn't add toppings so the app created an order of 1 cheese pizza and 1 with the toppings I wanted. Then couldn't even cancel the order in the app. Useless.

Fails at checkout multiple times now. Gave up, and order from other pizza joints.
App doesn't work! keeps asking for a valid phone number after you put the phone number in repeatedly. Points don't work either. After you select one little drink with two points, you are locked out with a death roll loading. You cannot use your points for anything else. Broken app with NO loyalty program!

Absolute garbage. Those that designed and worked on this app should be fired. Doesn't work at all except to see the menu. Login doesn't work because some idiot decided the ONLY way to log in was through links that don't work and get sent to your email. There is no option for sms or password, etc. just a broken link. Great job at screwing users over.
Misleading ad. Offers second pizza for $1 in the ad, but it's $5 in the app. I don't care about regional restrictions and other bullsh*t. I spend my time installing app, putting in all my info just to be deceived. I don't like marketing like this

since the upgrade the app has been absolute garbage most times you're lucky if you can get through to the order...unable to even get past add to cart, terrible business model to update an app for such a big company and have it be so useless.
how did you make it even worse now you cant order chicken on the app and its been for awhile, need some fresh ice cream in the stores as well re frozen ice cream dosent taste good
