Can't pay online with Google Pay or by entering either of my cc's. Have tried deleting and reinstalling, no use.
It doesn't use the saved address and never allows you to pay in the app. By far the worst food ordering app I've tried. I keep thinking it will improve but its been this bad for years.
Riddled with app issues. would not accept the payment details. I give up

barely works. Right now I cant even access the cart to see my order and pay for it. Good luck getting 2 billion for this brand when you couldn't even make a proper app to sell the next owners
Why are advertisement notifications and delivery notifications combined with no way to disable one without disabling both? This is a great way to get me to never order anything.
HORRIBLE!!!! When trying to pay for your order, it will keep giving errors; something about address not recognized or just says payment failed, sorry. I change the credit cards & same story every time. It's so frustrating. Ordering pizza for a party of 50 & trying over & over & over again, thinking you're going crazy because I know my address, how could it be wrong? Every time, I end up having to choose the pay in cash option. Fire your whole team ASAP. Will be getting my pizza elsewhere ✌🏼
App insists that the Pizza Hut that's 5 minutes away from my house doesn't deliver to my zip code (the same zip code as the store in case that wasn't obvious). Worked fine in the past, but suddenly pulls this. I've also had past experiences with the app not working properly in different ways, so don't waste your time on it.
this app is so broken. it won't let you tip more than 20% when you select other. it just replaces it with what 20% would do. and even then, you can't pay because it'll just say, "payment failed, your total changed." you can't get at the tip section if you've expanded the total information. there appears to be no way for stores to tell head office what they do and don't have so you get a phone call telling you they have to make substitutions. it's just more shovelware.
cant pay online in app as the fields to input card info never loads in. also the app constantly logs you out, so its not worth using if one has to go through the hassle of going through the 2 step verification process everytime they want to place an order
recent update bricks on loading screen.
Avoid updating, the old version is so much more stable 100% ... a multi billion $$$ company can't get their own application right ... its all too familiar in this day and age
Useless app. The new update is quite problematic authentication app won't even open, no matter how many times I have tried to open it. Even uninstalling it and reinstalling it does nothing to help it.

used to use this app fairly regularly. (weekly) today tried to open App and noted a new splash page, an update I guess. But that's it, app won't open. Cleared cache, nothing, restart phone, nothing, uninstall/reinstall nothing.... Guess I'll order Dominoes 🤷🏻

The point of carryout is to carry out, not complaining that I am over 10Km away from any restaurant. It doesn't even show me the restaurants I KNOW exist in the city. I should not have to lie about where I live to order a Pizza for carryout. Very disappointing and an overall annoying user experience.
I don't use stupid food apps like this one. PH website forces you to be sent a link every time you want to log in. Take 5 minutes and fix that garbage nonsense. Also, go back to your original $5 deal.

THE APP IS A DUMPSTER FIRE. I'm almost ready to stop ordering Pizza Hut altogether because of how badly broken this app is REPEATEDLY. Can't insert spaces between first and last names on payment cards. can't scroll down past Nunavut in the list of provinces. anything else I can do for you for free to help you guys fix your garbage app?
absolute scam. order wont process unless at least 10% tip is selected. Will not be ordering from pizza hut at all, let alone using the app.
BOGO sent me a tiny (50% smaller) pizza for the second one. Maybe the franchise owner told staff to do so. No response from support. Hard to get any support, they actually have you click the country, the location it was sent from(I don't know it's delivery), exact date and time. I used website and app. Avoid.

Would not load half of the information and would also not let me complete my order. I have ordered on here before but now it says my address does not exist. You have lost my business as a result of the poor app quality and functionality.
using the app is an absolute miserable experience. even when I try to use the contact us feature to submit feedback, the page crashes. it resets orders, repeats orders, duplicates orders. I've had calls if i really want a second order of what I submitted. I've had multiple charges for orders even though I submit the order once. edit: wouldn't save my card info either. most likely to charge me the extra fee to pay at the door
I had some points in my account. I moved to new city where there are two pizza hut locations, but they say they can't deliver because my new address is apparently too far?? Really?? in the city?? I'm disabled, I can't go and pick it up. Plus, my points have been erased!! I'm back down to "0" I'm really PO!! Account and app deleted.

The app *generally* works alright, but if I try to actually use my points for a free pizza, there's a convenient error that pops up. Until they fix that, I guess I'll be ordering from somewhere else.
Completely broken app, constant errors, backspace deletes your whole order, unable to make custom pizza. Just remove this from the app store or *try* to work on it at all.
It's so buggy. Literally unusable most of the time. Not letting you order or add payment methods. Not adding items to the cart. It's so frustrating! Such a pathetic excuse for an app. Save yourself the trouble and use the website.
