worst food delivery app I ever used. they took my money never delivered the food than gave the the run around. only use this app if you want to give away money for no services

app no longer works. cant login, get verification, and claims that all locations can not except online orders. even guest login will not accept or process any orders.

Kept backing out to payment selection when trying to pay with PayPal. Finally gave up and just got my card out. Payment went through fine, but crashed immediately after, and now I can't open the app. Even completely force stopping it, I open it, it gets to the dashboard, black screen, crash to desktop.
updated app. now it won't work. have had an account for year, but apparently I don't exist anymore.
Can never place an order through the app. Months ago the app would crash, now when I click the place order button nothing happens. Disappointing. Update: I updated the app and still same issue, clicking place order does nothing.

the only app in the world, okay maybe not the world, it doesn't let you update your email address. but yes I can go to all the trouble to create a new account and then I have to go to all the trouble to ask for my points to be transferred. wouldn't it be much simpler just to update your app. you let me change my phone number but you won't let me change my email that makes so much sense.
charges more on the app then it does ok the browser that's just plain stupid 25 dollars for a pizza
it seems like every time I order a pizza the app needs to be updated. this last time it made me log in with my phone number. I can't get to my profile or settings page without the pretense of making a delivery order. it locks up and shuts down if you look at the order history. it is just not good. Who ever is working on this app should be fired.

bad programmer I can't get my existing account info. try make it simple not for a rocket scientist to use get to d point simple and fast I tried 5 times to recover my account just nonsense I just go order from different company
new app is terrible. it would be nice if I didnt get logged out all the time from this app.
Won't load and let me use the app when im on wifi and only works when I'm using my phone data, just incredibly frustrating to use this app sometimes. Also hate that you can no longer sign into your account with a password.
I lost a pizza redeeming point for a pizza medium and there's nobody to talk to On\nJune 5 2026 They lost some wings.
I can not log into my account with this new system. I can not leave a response or notify you because the number category doesn't allow the format of my phone number but won't tell me what the issue is. Why would you not put the address of the Pizza Hut on the order so that the customer knows who to call when the order is not delivered? The app sucks!

so sick of having to log in everytime i use the app. i don't want to get a number texted or emailed to me evertime I want to get a pizza.
can not use it
App was experiencing issues in which I had to open and close it a couple times to place my order. Got my order placed only to find out a 20 minutes later that the app changed my delivery address to a location in another city. had to spend a half hour trying to get answers and get my money back.
Update killed the rewards, you have to spend $200 to get a SINGLE large pizza. Then they give me some bs AI response when I submit feedback. Stick with Domino's guys.
Customer service policies need to be reviewed with team members.

the app doesn't work. we go all the way of ordering and then try to check out and it won't except the payment. ridiculous. fix your app.
I removed the app & order from domino's, since it cant get its app working to switch or allow me to select the pizza hut that does deliver here
it has a mind of its own.. I placed ab order for over $100 and it ruined 2 pizzas.. unless your menu got the pregnant treatment and youre adding pineapple on every pizza..
I've had it with this app. it's unable to understand some older gift card numbers and pin layouts. So, I went to the main site and it says 4 digit pin cards can only be used in store. This on top of this store nearest us doesn't honor this rewards deal or that one. It's a petty problem on a world scale obviously, but I'm tired of these corporations weaseling around having to give anything away for free or at a discount. Oh sure, they're not exactly lying to you but let's be honest. We all know.

I like pizza hut but the app and website never works for my store. It's aggravating because I want to able to pay but it always say having trouble connecting to store through both. Please fix this.

Out of stock item? Forget about your order happening entirely! Only after waiting over an hour and having to call the local location did we find out that due to the store itself not having any Pineapple -- the order will never submit to their store and we don't get our order fulfilled. The only recourse they had was to place the order again without the missing ingredient. Absolutely wasted my time. A pending authorization has hit my account as well and I will be keeping an eye on that too.
Terrible app can't even check out without errors and it's incredibly convenient it charges you but you can't check out
new update is horrible. took away lots of features. also changed the rewards and I lost a free pizza and other things.
The app will randomly sign you out and will not let you log back in. Tells you to enter your login. Then it says it will send you a code that you never get. I've checked all email boxes. Nothing. I guess all my points are gone. This happened to someone I work with also. They tried calling customer service. Still can't log in
HORRIBLE customer service for a HORRIBLE useless app. Tried to place an order, put in card info, app claims something went wrong. Contact a live chat w/ customer service, who was completely useless, claiming they don't deal with payment on their end, to call the local store. I asked how i'm supposed to use benefits of the app, told they can't help and call the local store, then ended the chat before i could respond again.
App has not worked for the past week. Please update & fix to work with recent system & Android updates.
Fix the bugs in the app for goodness sakes. It's impossible to order any food using the app. Have been having the same issue for months and every time I want to order food from here I can't use a debit card to place online orders which forces me to leave my house and go into the store with all 3 small children by myself. This is ridiculous, just fix it already.

You can no longer get ORIGINAL pan crust on anything but a personal pan pizza? Not a good look for you! Not everyone likes to eat a pizza on a cracker.
I think it's kind of shity that I can order wings and not get at least one container of ranch dressing. but if you go in and get the buffet ranches offered. you wanted to charge me $1 for a very small square of ranch dressing when I can go to Walmart and buy a bottle for $2 and some change
Pizza was better before you began pre making the dough sauce & cheese & putting them in the refrigerator. I no longer go to Pizza Hut. Will you change this???
