Has to order in store and wait around. What's going on with app?

App works half the time. When it does work and you complete an order, you get fed ads about different subscriptions like CashBack, Disney+, and credit card offers.

this app is absolutely terrible. menus that dont open, no support redirect link, menus that open, but dont show anything, inaccurate delivery times, and the app literally wont turn off push notifications as it only redirects me to the menu from the setting under it... pizza hut should be ashamed. everyone outpizza'd the hut today.
Couldn't login to my account. Couldn't find my address, couldn't do a search for carry out, couldn't even do anything.
The app won't allow me to create an account, nor will it save my address as a guest. Probably for the best.

The app was just updated. I have 240 points from purchases made earlier. Before the app update, 240 points was redeemable for actual food on the menu. Now, it.only gets you a 20 oz beverage. Pizza Hut trying too hard to be like Starbucks with their "challenges". Here's a challenge for PH: reduce the sodium in your products.

The app crashes every time I check my order history and refuses to let me actually pay through the app. Update May 5, 2026: The app still does not work. I cannot pay through the app and it just took all of my points without giving my order
this app sucks. I placed an order and it shows incorrect information such as a location and the pickup time scheduled. luckily email shows otherwise. had to close the app out multiple times to pull up some order details and even then there was absolutely no information such as a order number. Do better.

Closing my account and deleting this app. My order was "on the way" for over an hour, the restaurant being 9 minutes away, it was as cold as you can imagine, and nobody takes responsibility

Pretty good app experience. Occasionally there'll be a sign in error and nothing works except for me to change my password. It's pretty annoying. I've had the app for about 2+ years and I've had to do that 3 times. Other than that, it works fine. edit: quality has gone down even more. idk what the devs are doing, app is always super buggy especially when signing in. + idk why they rolled out a whole new platform instead of focusing on fixing the last one. what a shame.

Every since they have updated the app I cannot log in to order. it only let's me create a new account. when I try to log in it says user already exists. so guess I'm not ordering Pizza Hut anymore!
Update May 2, 2026 When were you going to let your customers know YOU ARE USING DOOR DASH?!?! Been a loyal customer for 20 years,, and tonight our cold food was delivered by a wide-eyed, frazzled person. Not cool.

The app just doesn't work properly. Every time I try to order, it gives me some type of error and a different one every time. It's easier to just order somewhere else at this point

app is horrible now. It says Sign In\Join but NEVER let's you sign in. The app\website wants you to join again BUT you can't even do that because the email already exists in the system. There are reward points available in the but cannot be accessed because you cannot Sign In.
really pisses me off you made it so I can to download this app. I have enough apps on my phone. your site wouldnt send the code to my phone either email nor phone number. im going to be even more pissed off if my rewards are gone
app now usually works fine to order (this was not always true). sometimes a mild annoyance to login (always texting codes) understand DoorDash will be doing your delivery, and since you didn't order through them, you don't get their customer support like any delivery these days, there is the possibility of the store messing up the order, forgetting items, etc. seeking a refund for may take upwards of 25 minutes just to ask, and they say to wait upwards of 3 days for them to decide.
love the pizza hate the app. Tried multiple times to place an order on the app from different phones and it never goes through. I always have to call in my order and lose the discounts

There's no way to sign in on a new device. What a terrible glitch. Judging from the score of recent 1 star reviews it appears someone needs to go. Domino's, here I come!
For the Pizza Hut Rewards Members, I wish they ended up giving us a heads up about their new rewards points system that they recently updated in April 2026. I currently had 900. points , today is Friday May 1st I was giving the opportunity to get off work early & I wanted to bring home pizza for the whole family 🍕 😎. Only problem! I don't have enough points to redeem any large pizza 🍕 😩 I remember that I used to be able to get a large pizza for 300 points.Mow 14,000 to to redeem a LG 🍕?TF
I'm not able to create my own account since my phone number is attached to the old owner. Furthermore, since there's no login required to the app besides the phone number, I'm able to see all the information of the previous owner in the app. Customer support suggested me to get a new phone number lol
Some locations don't take the T-Mobile promo and navigating the app is not smooth
it won't let me add anything to my cart. it's crazy to me how a company this large doesn't have a usable app.
buggy and glitched out on me
While Pizza Hut says their changes to the Reward Program help it to "evolve" all they did was spread out the rewards to even meaningless rewards such as soda or dips while making it more of a chore to get up to even some breadsticks. I have 245 points and the only thing that's eligible for is a soda, how is that better than 200 points getting you a free medium pizza? Seriously, your rewards program wasn't the problem, but the inconsistency and lack of quality that has amassed more and more.
it took me almost 5 months to receive over 1400 points that I wasn't receiving & now you need so many points to get something. for example, a large any topping pizza was 300 points not long ago & now that same pizza is 3,000 points now. thats ridiculous. I guess thats why they didn't wanna gve me my points at first. wings already way over priced like why is a 6pc wing almost $12? why are the reward numbers tremendously high to earn something?
of 2,500 points and I can't redeem anything for the past 2 months
2015: It never completes my order. Tried numerous times. 2026: Here I am 11 years later. I finally tried again, with same results. I thought they had plenty of time to fix -but NO! Apparently my business means nothing to Pizza Hut. I guess I'll just stick with Little Caesars for another 11 years.

worst app in the whole world I have T-Mobile they sent me a coupon to get a free personal pizza I have gotten frustrated with Pizza hut's app in the past so I had removed it. all PH app wants me to do is sign up It won't let me sign in. every time I try to sign up it tells me I already have an account but won't let me sign in. how in the world can a company the size of Pizza Hut have the absolutely worst app EVER. KEEP THE PIZZA
